She gave me his guidelines and his suggestions for my husband's issue and encouraged me to call back for legal help if this didn't work. There was no charge for this free and albeit improved quality of life legal advice. It was just right and solved our issue with a medical equipment company without any more angst. Thank you, thank you, thank you! He took the time, he gave good advice and there was no charge. Not that I am suggesting one shouldn't pay for legal advice, one should, of course. I do feel that the firm is fair and ethical and interested in their client's well being.
