I have been belittled, laughed at and lied to this entire experience, not only that, they got me the minimum of what my case is worth.I have been passed along to five different people because one quit which to find out was a lie. They even gave me the run around to get just my car repair check took months when I received it it was ripped. It took my weeks she kept saying there is an error and it’s liberty mutuals doing. I found out that was a lie. I just got off the phone and she mocked me saying I know this case we talk about you more than any other case and continued to give me a lie run around I will be taking further action. There is no reason to ever treat someone like this.

This guy is all hyped up due to his commercials. He is no different from any other personal injury atty. I used to work there and he does not get big money for clients like he says. To get big money you must have sustained a horrific injury requiring surgery. Most of all injury attorneys do not charge you a red cent unless successful anyhow. He takes a long time to settle cases.

I find this law firm to be okay, I was involved in a auto accident in april of 2018, it has been a long journey, I was injured, my car totaled, police report showed it was the other driver 100% responsible, Lola who answers the phone is kind and considerate and directs me to the appropriate professionals I need to deal with. Now I must deal with a attorney, that called me and wants to give my case to another attorney from a different practice because of litigation and their ability not to handle case load, that is not my problem, that bothers me. Take my words folks, this is not a big claim. I know they are dealing with a difficult insurance company, hence Allstate. I have never spoke with the so called "heavy hitter," If you are going to give them 1/3 of claim, then do your job and not switch me to a different attorney from a different firm and fight for me, after all you claim to be the best, this should never have went to litigation.

I had one star, but then had to give another for the professional initial contact, which was a 5.

I was very disappointed with my initial interaction with the firm. I was interviewing malpractice attorneys to see if I trusted them to represent me adequately.

I spoke initially with somone in the office who was polite and compassionate and understanding. I left a message for their malpractice attorney. I received a call the morning two days after, which was ok.

I explained that I was looking for an attorney for my case. He introduced himself and asked a couple questions. I asked him if I could give an overview of the situation and then he could ask questions if I didn't address them. (This is the same process I had used on two other firms as i research the best firm to represent me), I told him I needed to do this way as my headaches get worse from talking, so this would help save me some pain and get him the information. I told him this, not once, multiple times as he interrupted.

I was trying to explain the situation and he kept interrupting me. I stated, in a very aggravated tone, "if you would stop interrupting and let me finish you would get that answer." I started again, he interrupted again, i continued to speak. He told me to not talk over him, and I told him to stop interrupting. I ended up telling him this wasn't going to work out and hung up.

At this point I was done with him and knew there was absolutely no way I would work with someone like this when the other attorneys have acted professional. They have allowed me to speak once I told them of the severe headaches, they respected that. I would explain the situation, my files etc and they took notes from one I did in person, then, once I finished, and if I hadn't addressed their questions, they asked. I was NOT interrupted.

Rob Levine may be great for the personal injury case, but it is clear they are not the one you want for medical malpractice as they are a much more complex and lengthy process so you want to have someone who will work, not only on your behalf, but with you.

If you can't communicate your situation completely, in a professional exchange, on the first call or meeting, find an attorney you can work with.

Courteous and professional. They can answer all your pesty questions and streamline your process of getting started to getting updates and beyond.

This lawyer is awful. Horrible staff as well. I would never go there again or recommend them .

hi my name is david grenon i have waited for over a over 30 days for some one to get back to me but your person who you put on my case has lost some paper work and never returned my calls your Associates need some work.

As a retired attorney I take exception to the treatment of my recent case. Regardless of the quick. assessment of my case I actually believe their office is mainly concerned with slam. dunk cases.. I have no idea where Mr. Levine went to. law school or his real knowledge of product liability cases. In any case my recent loss of two teeth ie front was rushed by their office.. I felt violated. I cannot in good faith recommend them.. I received Nothing! Since their refusal. I have had another operation and a bone graft. I have to wait six months for the implant another six months after that and by the time I am done my costs will. have exeededc fifteen to seventeen thousand I am. DEVASTATED!

It took time, but eventually it was worth it

I had an awful experience with these lawyers please do not contact them! I barely received any communication during the length of my case and every interaction was extremely impersonal. I felt like they didn't care about my well being at all and only wanted to close the case as soon as possible. They did NOT fight for what I deserved and I have been extremely disappointed with the settlement of my case. After a year with no progress and no higher settlement in sight, I am finally giving up on battling with my OWN attorneys who I'm supposed to be paying to fight for me which is ridiculous. If I could go back in time I would have never called Rob Levine but his commercial was too dang catchy. (Don't let this joke at the end stop you from believing how mad I am!! I'm still really mad!!)

I called in to ask about their ability to assist with my claim. I have multiple sclerosis, and am unable to work at the moment due to my symptoms. I was greeted with a very friendly gentleman, who transferred me to a intake specialist named Mary. She answered every question I had and gave me answers beyond anything I would have thought to consider thinking about.

One major note I would like to add, is that this was after Mary had deduced that my case was incompatible with their current programs. How lovely and refreshing to be given such detailed and helpful information without expectation.

I have severe sociological phobias. Mary was gentle, polite, and patient with me. I did not feel nervous talking to her. If you are like me and have issues with communicating with others, this may be the place for you.

They do not work with SSI only cases.

Best laywer I ever had for a accident

This was a horrible experience. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where my car was totaled after being rear ended and suffered from chronic injury following it so I was referred to his office. They assured me they would take care of everything but when the case didn't become as big as they wanted it to, they handed me off to another attorney. This would have been fine if they 1. Didn't wait until the very last minute before deadlines to file suit and 2. If they handed me off to an attorney who is licensed in the appropriate stare. The process before I was handed off to was full of me chasing their voicemails and very little communication. I never even spoke to an attorney during the whole process. Thankfully the THIRD attorney I was handed off to made an impeccable effort in helping turn things around. Never trust a business solely because they are advertised everywhere.

I spoke with a wonderful gentleman by the name of Christopher. He was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and was extremely polite in how he gathered my personal information. All in all a very positive and productive phone call.

Disappointed - Couldn't take care of our case involving a rear end accident and consequently we had to get transferred to another lawyer's office - this was after 2.5 years of them having the case. We almost missed the deadline to file because of their ineptitude. Really confused as to why our case was handled with such negligence and why they couldn't do something to help us. In the end just wasted time on both sides. Pathetic. I would not recommend.

In response to the owner: Thanks for your reply. I am in fact the husband of the plaintiff named in the lawsuit. Not a fake, and would happily meet you face to face. No need to throw punches here, unless you have something to hide. Yes our case moved forward but after almost 3 years of wasted time. If you'd like to get specific our case was passed onto Mark Sales in late January, so in fact I was wrong on my timeline mentioned above - the statute was up February 16, so yeah, it was pretty close.

I can't believe that this law group would force a kid to relive the most horrific event imaginable in order to get money for an accident that was nobody's fault. They have served my son twice trying to compel him into court to testify and relive an event he has worked years to put behind him. No money anyone receives can make up for what is being done to my child.
