The congenial man you see on TV is no act, in person he is just as kind. I went to him after an accident and he declined the case because he would have been the only one prospering in the end. After carefully scrutinizing all the information I had and carefully weighing the options, he then gave me sound legal advise. This was a first consultation and at absolutely no charge. He looked out for my best interest first.

I find that the Bottaro law firm are very professional. They ensured that all of my problems were handled before I knew I even had them. They made sure that i understood all aspects of my situation and I sincerely feel like they had my best interest at heart the entire time.

This firm was the worst ever I had a case they put in jeopardy I. Spoke more to the secretary then the case manager I never got a one on one I never got any of my phone calls returned when I tried to make an in person visit they dropped my case with out no reason not a word as to why they dropped it they never have time to speak to the client they are rude when you call them and ALWAYS ON ANOTHER CALL or in court they left me in the middle of a case with medical Bill's injured in ciropractor services so now I dnt know where my case stands and no lawyer for they never spoke to me 2 months later they decide to drop the case be careful do not let the commercials fool you they are in my opinion not professional at all one thing they did want me to do is leave a review the first thing on there mind was for me to leave a review how do you encourage someone to leave a review the 3rd day on the case so these. Reviews are not all realy wat the client feels or got from them I will take this to the bar association and file a complaint the professional thing to do is call me his self or the the case manager no the had an investigator clueless to why they dropped the case does that sound professional

I call them up because I have a rock solid case. They took my information. I get a call 2 days later they are not taking my case. The guy left a message. No explanation why or nothing. I call them back and ask can I find out why you guys won't take my case and the receptionist said she'll have someone call me. Never got a phone call. I mean I didn't even get the free consultation they say they give you. Just a lousy voicemail saying they aren't taking my case. So I called another law firm told them my case and they are taking me. Obviously this lawfirm doesn't honor what they say. I'm totally not impressed.
