My wife got into a very bad car accident, and against my better judgement I listened to her and her mother who said Mr. Russo is a great guy and I'm not questioning that whatsoever, I just feel like my case (still not closed to this day and the accident was in September 2017) was put on the backburner by a lawyer who takes on too many clients. We've had 3 different case manager's handle our case, and still no resolution.
