I had a case with Marc, and despite my ignorance of thinking my insurance company would pay most of the cost, and not having much to go on from the food allergy incident. He and his staff took the time to give my case above and beyond expectations of paying the bills. He takes it seriously and I will forever be grateful for him. I was just hoping to get the medical bills paid, and he wouldn't accept it, he really does look after your best interest, and I'm sure the rest of the Gemma law firm is the same. Anytime there is a update they promptly notify you. If I ever have another injury I'll be contacting Marc Gemma. Only complaints would be that he doesn't have another office closer to me but his reservoir Ave location is easy to get to and not hidden like some law firms. Basically anyone who thinks they have no leg to stand on, they'll do their best to help you and you won't regret their help.

It was a pleasure working with Mark Gemma. He took on my sons case and kept us informed throughout the process and like most cases don’t settle over night. He was very upfront about what to expect during a case in the timeframe it will take.
During the process or receive calls from Mark and his legal team. In the process we are actually moving to a different state, and he still kept us informed of the process. I used Gemma law for personal injury case a few years back. They were always there for anything I needed. If I had a question they always took my call or called me back in a timely fashion. The secretaries were also amazing and would greet me with much respect. To this day if I need any legal advice they take their personal time to talk to me. They are every comfortable to talk to.

Highly recommend them! Good people who truly care about their clients.I have never had to deal with a legal firm before and was very nervous when I called them. So many horror stories out there regarding lawyers and legal firms. After my personal injury, they sent someone to my house as I was not able to drive. It was a relief to not have to worry about what "I had to do" to settle this injury matter. Sherry, kept me posted throughout the process, answered my questions and aleviated my fears as the bills started piling up. I was able to relax and allow them to take care of things. Im very fortunate i was referred to Mark Gemma. I had a very difficult case, where not many lawyers wanted to deal with and help fight for me. But lucky for me Mark did. Their ok but you have to do your research on the issues pertaining to case as well.You need to be clear about your intentions with the case because they tend to assume being un- authentic is an option - as most lawyers do. Be firm on your approach and expectations on a consistent basis. You must lead the case with every approval for the best outcome.

I had the most wonderful experience with the the kindhearted and caring team at gamma law associates. I got in a really bad car accident that left me permanently injured and they came to my house when I was not able to drive to them. They helped me throw the prosses of going throw phycial therapy by their kind words of encouragement. I was in a terrible car accident - a rollover - in 2013. There were 4 other people in the car and we were concerned about the driver's policy being enough to cover the medical bills of all the passengers. I thought that if I didnt get a lawyer there would be more money available to me because I wouldnt have to pay someone. I realized too late how bad insurance companies are and how much they fight. I had already signed something accepting the insurance company's offer. Other lawyers wouldnt even look into it for me, they told me I was screwed. Mark Gemma didnt even think about it and told me he would try. He ended up getting more for me than I thought I ever would. I never had to bug him and follow up (like some lawyers make you do). Literally everything was perfect working with them. I recommend this practice to everyone who needs a lawyer in their field.

I was referred to Gemma Law Associates, INC and I couldn't be happier that I was! From the very first moment I walked in I was treated excellent. The staff is friendly and made an uncomfortable situation feel so much easier. My lawyer checked in on me throughout the whole process to see how I was doing as well as if I needed anything. My case was on the smaller side , but they treated me and the case as if it was the only one that they were working on. I have never been so satisfied with a service that has been provided. My experience with this company was flawless to say the least. Mark was sensitive to the unfortunate events that led me to his door and remained professional throughout the entire process. I know of many people who have been represented by Gemma Law over the past number of years and I have heard nothing but great things about this law firm. They have gotten people I know great settlements and were great about servicing their clients. the insurance companies know they will file a law suit if they do not get a good settlement offer and this is very important. There is not a personal injury law firm I would more highly recommend than Gemma Law.

Worst costumer service ever. Costumer/Client satisfaction should be number one.. Never answer phones call or to voicemails. They like to keep information from clients specially when it involves extra money. They advised me that I owed on my hospital radiology medical billls when that was a lie ..Worst firm in Rhode Island I am a Floridian and never had an issue so unprofessional before.. So I decided to hand my case over to Rob Levine. He has put more effort into my case..
