This place is a complete scam. They’re extremely unprofessional, the girls they have at the front desk are rude as hell. They steal money from clients and try to avoid them afterwards. Never in my life would I recommend this place!

They are so horrible and unorganized and you go to speak to one lawyer and they pass your case basically to other lawyers in there and they also give you one word and when you come to look at it it’s always something else different story they also always say they will return your call and you will forsure stay waiting for that call back waist of time honestly

They get things done just wish it was easier to get ahold of the attorney. Everyone I have spoken to are always professional and courteous.

This firm sucks big time they keep push to different associates you never deal with the same person more then six months and I had a case going on for about 5year ,I'm doing some of my own paperwork meaning why do I have to get paperwork .

if i could give no stars i would, first off is staff is very rude and doesn't know how to run a office, has no class ,very unprofessional they kept on hanging up the phone or putting me on hold for 15 mins i finally got in contact with him after 4 days LATER and i no longer wanted to be represented by him he raised his voice to me talking like hes some type of thug and then hung up he ROBS PEOPLEs MONEY he should be reported to the bar doesn't even know how to be a lawyer awful awful office i rather not receive no money then ever go here again.

They are rude, they take way to long to do anything they also don’t keep you informed about the status of your case , they lied to me about my settlement amount. Just get a different lawyer

Good law firm

This Attorney Office outstanding Professional counsel has been great thru my case from meeting Christopher Fay, to having Kara Fay handle my case was in New Bedford Ma. Ms. Fay has done amazing work for, I didn't realize how big the file was until we had go to Downtown Boston for my Deposition and was able to bring Our Grandchildren to My family home for I just leave our Grandkids any babysitter and she was very understanding.

If I ever need legal advice sorry I would call on Ms. Kara Fay.

Nobody calls to inform you about your case til you call them. then when you talk to Mark or Chris they say one thing, then say something else different. n those phone operators need 2 be fired asap! Wish I never went to them this law office.

They were awesome. Paul was great, he was fast in closing my case and get more money than I thought I would get. Highly recommend him and the firm.

Been fighting a drunk driving case since December 2017 I was hit by a drunk driver but apparently they're having an issue with the insurance company and they're really not moving along at a quick pace
