If you want to speak to the lawyers at the office I would suggest to go on person and avoid calling. Its easier to speak to them in person. I had a letter from this office to appear in court. I had to bring my answer to the office, I explained I've never had an account in Pawtucket Credit Union, and that i also have been on disability (since 2008 or 2009 not sure which year), so I couldn't understand how I owed the money either. The lawyer was nice and answered my questions and told me I didn't have to go to court since I never had a bank account in Pawtucket.
I agree with Lynda. Bryan was incredibly rude to me when I called. He talks down to you, and tries to belittle you. He's sounds like a smug little prick. I get that I owed a debt, but I called you to resolve it. He was acting like I was running from them. HELLO? I called you. I was the one calling to handle my debt. I could have easily thrown the letter away and never called. I cannot believe you talk to people the way you do. There are plenty of good people out there who for whatever reason fall behind on their bills. I am with Lynda the second I am done paying what I owe they will get a piece of my mind. I am praying for flat tires for Bryan all summer. He is nothing but a dirtbag. I feel sorry for your mother.

Bryan is typical of the type of people these business’s hire sadly there has to be someone to fit these roles !!! This is a law firm who buys debt and then collects on it - it’s predatory, human-less and greedy !! Not sure what else they may do there but any one seeking legal advice stay away !! There are plenty of other attorneys out there that have no part in these practices ... they garnished my pay for a debt from 2008!!! Was told you paid it then stopped why ???! What ??? I don’t remember obviously life happened ! I have divorced and remarried since then seriously !!! I asked to settle the debt in full that day for a fair portion of the remaining balance -even though i had no recollection of this and I must have thought it was paid obviously so long ago who knows !!! I was denied the request !! I will also be going out to the Better Business Bureau and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau etc...

Bryan is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. A mistake was made at their end and a check was returned to my attention. When I called them to find out why, he made me feel like I was a total moron, especially when he asked me about the check number. He kept repeating about the check number on the right hand of the check and I kept repeating the number back to him. After I asked him for his email address so that I could scan the check over to him, he gave me a bogus email address that the system said wasn't a good address.
I have $54 left to pay on a bill and these people will know how I feel about them once I am done. If you need a legal firm, try to bypass Bryan as he's pretty incompetent at his job or don't use then at all. Good luck to anyone out there trying to get an answer from them.

Honest attorneys who understand how tough it can be to deal with debts. They usually work for creditors but they treat debtors fairly.
