Do not hire this attorney. He talks a big game but has very poor negotiating skills and will fold like a cheap suit just when you need him to fight for you, costing you thousands. He is easily intimidated by opposing counsel and uses appeasement tactics before even beginning negotiations, apparently thinking that randomly throwing your money at the opposition will somehow get them to back off. This, of course, backfires. When he does manage to eek out a deal (if you can call it that) his legal writing is so sloppy that it leaves plenty of holes for opposing counsel to exploit. His advice when this happens? Well, he instructed me to ignore court orders and then file additional, expensive discovery (no doubt profiting him). This attorney managed to blow through over $10,000 and attended only a single, three hour, motion hearing with a worthless, unenforceable stipulation to show for it and a case that is now in limbo, forcing me to hire another attorney to clean up after him. This attorney is breathtakingly incompetent.
Update in response to owner: Nice try Pat. I DID in fact hold her accountable and so did the District Attorney. Has it slipped your memory that I filed contempt? I was able to sew this case up in six weeks as a Pro Se litigant. Abusive to your staff? The only terse comment I made (through email) was that if my complete file was not returned to me that I was going to file a complaint with the Board of Bar Overseers. Perhaps you should reevaluate your choice of professions as you can't even seem to lie convincingly. While you are at it you should have your staff rummage around your office to see if they can locate whats left of your manhood. Perfect example of a second rate attorney.

ONE WITNESS ONN 911 TAPE SAID TEEBONED MOTORCYLE. HE REFUSED TO USE HER.LOST TRIAL.SAID I KNEW RISK BUT HE MADE MANY MISTAKES.IN SUMMER BRIEL LATE HAD EMERGENCY .TOLD OTHER SIDES ATTORNEY FORGET TO TELL COURT.HAD BEG COURTS MERCY. WHEN JUDGE ASKED HIMTO SEE SOME PAPERS HE COULD NOT FIND THEM.HE NEEDED TO BE MORE AGRESSIVE WITH THE MAN AGAINST ME.CLMS JURY WOULD NOT LIKE THAT BUT JURY DID NOT SEE TRUTH ABOUT THAT MAN.POOR DEFENSE. Be careful of the wolf dressed in sheep's clothing. Its pretty sad when you know more than the lawyer but he was obviously afraid to challenge the Judge because he was afraid of how it would affect his future cases. I had so much faith in Pat but when he jumped ship after the unethical Judgment and I did my research and found out the real reason, I no longer trusted him with my knowledge. His actions not only destroyed our oldest son a front line Marine who came back from his 2nd deployment to find out the only home he ever knew was stolen illegally without any knowledge which is an automatic VOID. I proved all the facts but the facts I would later learn is enough to put him and the Judge in jail. Thank God I keep proof of everything. Even the corrupt real estate broker who committed perjury took his own life after admitting that we were victims. So much more that I will not list here. He came after me the last time I filed a complaint and I am ready. I finally have an ethical person who is dying to expose our story.

Pat Cook is by far the most honest and compassionate attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His endurance is unprescidented and his positive approach puts things in proper perspective.
