The case was for a false Assault and Battery claim by my wife. This was a difficult case to settle in many ways due to the continued series of lies by my wife was claiming of an assault and battery filed with the Stoughton District Court District Attorney.

If you ever find yourself in a situation like this, you’re going to need the best attorney to address all issues and move the case along (due to increased bias of toward male gender). In this case I had the backing of Patrick Noonan from the start of the case till the end. Patrick’s approach is very detailed and honest using the facts. I liked this about him, he didn’t in anyway suggest fabrication of a story in defense of myself; against a wife that had her sole purpose to seek divorce. The drama she decided to create with lies all the way to discredit me.

The case had several motions and court dates and Gerald Noonan became another source to follow through to attended all court dates. I hired attorney Gerald J Noonan to fight two gun charges . Him and his law firm did exactly what they said they would do and got all charges dropped . I'm very happy with the results had how well he fought my case . Would i recommend hiring the Law firm of Gerald J Noonan absolutely . My advice , be very careful on the terminology of the contract you sign . I was told its a $2,000 flat fee which isn't the case . What i got for my initial $2,000 was 30 sec in court where Mr Noonan and the DA agreed to drop my case down to the clerk magistrate office where then i was told its gonna be another $1,500 for them to represent me in front of the clerk magistrate .. All in All he won my case and i couldn't be happier just know what your signing before you sign cuz its not just a $2,000 flat fee unless he wins the case during the first court hearing in front of the judge ....
