Att Chris Young is a gem of a guy. Not to mention a terrific lawyer. His commitment and dedication to his profession is at the utmost of levels. After having an injury at work and not getting anywhere with the adjusters and being turned down by another lawyer, I decided to look elsewhere for advise. Everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to help me with my case. They worked so hard to make sure I was taken care of while I was out of work due to my accident and they worked tirelessly to make sure I wasn't left hanging in the wind. This is the absolute truth why I decided not to pursue my claim with their office. In July I pointed out to them I had a very bad accident I suffered a herniated disc and a nerve damage. They said they would obtain a copy of the accident report.. They acted like they knew nothing about the report when I revisited their offices in October. My delay was because of a serious illness I was suffering. I informed them that I Did not want to sue my own company, but their lawyer did not care about my wishes. I personally called my own insurance company and found out a day ago that the driver who hit my car was 80% liable! I have officially given the case to another law firm who actually offered me as, substantially less fee if I do all the leg work. As a retired attorney I feel. much more comfortable with the other law firm.
