I hired Attorney Wozniak in May 2017 to represent me in my divorce. At our first meeting I knew right away that I was making the right choice as he is very knowledgeable, smart, and easy to talk to. Attorney John Wozniak is an exceptional attorney and his communication has always been prompt and sincere. I don't know any other lawyer that would answer clients phone calls after normal business hours and on weekends or vacations. He certainly lives up to the stellar reputation that we trusted when hiring him as our attorney.

Attorney Wozniak worked tirelessly (1 year) to provide some justice for my son who was involved in a serious auto accident. He was responsive, accessible and extremely effective in winning our case.

Attornet takes three days to get back to you, maybe he is too busy!!! Secretary will tell you that you are one of a hundred cases and that you have to be patient. Left me without a rental car for ten days. They requested information I had emailed to them 8 days earlier and then lied and said I had the wrong email address. When I asked what the real email was they refused to give it to me. I am 200% sure the email was correct and that they are liars! He also inappropriately looked at my wife's body, disrespectfully!!! His secretaries dress in tshirts and jeans!!! Stay away!!!

John represented a young man in a personal injury case where the injured party received a substantial reward. John never provided the client with a full accounting of his billable services or an accounting of his work. Instead he fostered an environment where he gained the young man’s trust and manipulated his impressionable mind and made him believe they were friends, not attorney and client and therefore never provided the client with a bill or a summary of charges and the client, essentially a child, never asked for one. He blurred the lines of professional conduct and ethical representation by later borrowing money from this client on several occasions and proposing business ventures where his former client would provide capital for Mr. Wozniak. His conducts flies directly in the face of established ethical standards and future clients should be made aware of his disregard for the well being of his clients.

My mother-in-law experienced a fall at a local retailer and unfamiliar with her rights as a consumer I turned to Attorney Wozniak. At the initial meeting in his office my mother-in-law was nervous but Attorney Wozniak quickly recognized this and settled us both down. He explained the process to us so we understood what might take place and the length of time it may take. After agreeing to take the case on, Attorney Wozniak quickly got to work and without ever going to court Attorney Wozniak settled the case after only seven months.
