I met Mark Heffner at a caregiver conference held by RI Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association in 2016. He gave a presentation on estate and Medicaid planning. In the fall of 2015, after my father had lived in our home for 4 years, he suddenly needed to be admitted to a long-term care facility. This is something my husband and I had never planned on. I was both nervous and overwhelmed, while trying to navigate through confusing financial, health coverage and legal issues. All I wanted to do was focus on my Dad’s health and well-being.

My parents were referred to and engaged Atty. Mark Heffner early in 2004 to revise my Father's will. Dad passed later that year triggering his trust. Mom revised her will and established her trust shortly thereafter and passed away in 2012. Throughout this time I was able to count on consistent and prompt service from Atty.
