Robert Humphrey represented me in a DUI case. While perusing his website, I discovered information about Veterans Diversion programs, so I hired his firm to take my case to the RI Veterans Treatment Court.

Attorneys Humphrey and Petta thoroughly explained the process and managed it from start to finish moving it along through all of the proper channels. Once there, they worked with the Judge, Pretrial Services, the Attorney General's Office and State Police to agree upon a contract that would ultimately dismiss my case upon successful completion of the court supervised treatment program.
