Be very careful with this practice. I moved my business from the North Shore to this group for convenience. I was assigned an associate who was fantastic and helpful. He, however, left the practice. There was one contact from Boyd after he left about where to allocate a payment. I responded with an email question about the status of my account - crickets.....I waited a week or so and still no response. Called the office, explained my situation, was promised on Friday I would hear from someone and guess what...crickets. My guess now is that my account isn't $$ worthy of the partners. I now have to find another local attorney

Boyd & Boyd has done a very good job helping me handle my parents' estate. Prior to my father's passing, I went with him to one of Boyd & Boyd's trust seminars which was very informative and educational. In particular, attorney Timothy Erasmi has been very responsive to my questions and prompt in handling all the paperwork associated with my parents' estate.
