Staff offered me some assistance on the phone and we're very friendly and professional

McKinney is reliable, very "attorney like".
Sperry is an absolute NO! Had to beg for information, going days and multiple messages before your question is partially answered. Then the final accounting comes...was charged for documents being filed after the case was settled and mind blowingly was charged for him counseling the opposing party..WHAT!
If you have property issues see McKinney for anything else, seek counsel elsewhere.
