I was in a fender bender that caused some damage to my car- nothing too serious, but I suffered whiplash injuries. Idiart Law Group was able to get me a very fair settlement. Go to ANYBODY else! I had been waiting to hear any updates on my case for 4 months! If I didn't call them, they would forget all about me. I was first working with Damian, then I was switched to Justin, then Aaron then Jared. They did not even tell me what was going on and were making decisions without my consent! I finally talked to Jared and he was beyond rude asking things like " well what do you want to know?!" and lying to me saying there was no updates! then when we hung up he called me within the next 2 minutes to withdraw my case! I cannot tell you how relieved I was.

I recently had another small suit which required an attorney. Basically, with a text Damian accepted my case. I received a settlement that exceeded any expectation I could’ve of had.

Really bad experience!

They didn't help with my case at all. They didn't give me any legal advice or answered my questions. They are helpful up to the point of signing the contract then they disappear and don't reply or answer any calls. They say they will help but months later tell you they won't be taking your case. Biggest advise I can give is to look for more straightforward attorneys those are best. Don't waste your time here.

When you come into an emergency ... you have no mental capacity to deal with all the legalistic hurdles that suddenly come into play. I remember calling around town (both Medford and even all the way up into the Portland area) ... as I was then seeking to first call all the Brand Name Lawyer (known through tv ads, etc.)... all the Big Legal Names from my area .... but over and over how I found myself being completely taken over and met with so much stressful RUN AROUND ... all that kind of hassle WAY before I could even actually be in personal contact with a real working lawyer.

This is the most honest law firm I’ve dealt with. I called them very close to limitations, as I thought an attorney wasn’t needed. Boy, was I wrong. Damian agreed to take the case and as skeptical as I was about attorneys, I’m so glad he agreed to take the case, because he believed my injuries, where the defense didn’t!

This is a review of our personal experience with Idiart law firm. We were in pretty bad shape when we were referred to Idiart law firm. We met with them they were very easy to talk to. And I felt from the beginning a good vibe. They agreed to take our case. We left them alone so they could do their thing. They would keep us informed when anything new came up. They worked really hard for us. We were suing our own insurance company from an uninsured motorist hitting us. Our insurance company kept basically saying I was 59 at the time and had seen a chiropractor so they were refusing to pay my medical care . Idiart got us the best outcome we could have hoped for.
