I worked with David on a personal injury case recently and I couldn't be happier with how well he handled everything through the whole process. He continuously went above and beyond for me and thoroughly explained things to me to make sure I understood what was happening each step of the way. He was honest with me and gave me the best advice he saw fit the whole way through as well. Whenever I had questions or concerns everyone in their office was quick to help. David gave 120% to my case, I can't thank him enough. I would recommend David or anyone at Andersen Morse & Linthorst who needs an attorney.

***STOP...YOU MUST READ MY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE***
FAITH MORSE took my case, when no other attorney would!!!
To be told by numerous attorneys throughout the State of Oregon, we didn't have a case to fight, was quite frustrating to say the very least.
What happened to my mother was an absolute disgrace!!! It was just wrong!!! What could be worse than losing a loved one? Is being told by numerous attorneys, we didn't have a case to fight. That was just wrong too!!!
After searching and searching, one attorney after another, Faith Morse, not only told my wife and I, we definitely had a case, but she would fight incredibly hard for my mothers unfortunate and disgraceful death.
Step by step, Faith Morse walked us through the painful process of fighting for my mother. Faith took our case with great confidence and she prevailed. Faith mentioned when we first met, "This is going to be difficult for you." "However, I'm an expert in this area of law and I will prevail." She did just that, she prevailed, when no other attorney would even look at my mothers death! Faith definitely knows what she's doing. She was compassionate, very professional, and very sensitive to my loss, my mother.
I first called Faith Morse in May 2014 after a horrible car crash my granddaughter was in. I called them because I had previously worked in Medical records and knew they were very thorough in there investigations and also continued to ask for updates records and I needed someone like that. After I called them I was immediately interviewed by Faith Morse and she was so helpful in keeping me calm, informed and always up to date over the next couple years. They fought for my granddaughter not only on her case but also with reducing the cost of repayment to OHP so she had money to invest for her future. Anderson, Morse & Linthorst is not only our attorney but I feel like they are family. Thank you so much for your support of our Granddaughter and our family and you will always be our Saviors and heroes for helping us through such a horrible time

Throughout the situation they helped me with I felt very confident in their advice and actions taken on my behalf. They are competent and always available for questions or concerns.
