There is not enough good things I could say about Mr. William Francis. In a scary situation he knew what to say/do to make me comfortable yet at the same time joke when it was appropriate. He is extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

William spoke with me on the phone for 30 minutes free of charge to discuss my case before even speaking about retainer fees. He is genuinely a caring person!
