I hired Wendy at the last minute because I had no one else that would take the case because it was such short notice. she fought for my son we were very happy with the judge’s decision. Then the baby’s mom took off to Alaska with the baby and tried to file a long term protection order against my son (because Alaska will take away your custody and visitation for a year.) I had to hire a lawyer in Alaska and we won. so I had to re-hire Wendy to help fight the case again she was very driven to get the baby back for us. my son got soul custody 60/40 visitation. Wendy fought a good fight for us I thank you Wendy for being there for us.

I hired Wendy to help my husband and I get custody of our infant granddaughter. In Oregon this is not easy to do! Wendy took the bull by the horns and handled our case. She was in very close communication with me anytime I needed her. She was upfront and honest with me as to what I could do and could not do. She called us the night before court to ensure we were ready and prepared. She told me right from the get go what to expect and how it would go. She was right!! We won our case and I will hire her if ever needed again! Wendy even communicated with me some while on her vacation. If she wasn’t able to get back to me, her assistants did. Wendy is sharp, honest, and got the job done. She helped my husband win custody away from the mother. Of course, Wendy facilitated what was best for the kids. Had an appointment at 10am and she was a no show and I could not reach her by phone. When I made the appointment she seemed put out to take on a divorce case. Don't waste your time. Edit: As for Levy having no record of Dinka Doo, you have to be a flat out idiot to not know that is a nickname. I had an appointment, and I have the emails and recordings of phone calls and Google maps to prove it. Good luck getting them to delete this.

In the past few years, I have retained Wendy Levy twice to represent me for a divorce and modifying a parenting plan. Wendy and her associates have been absolutely wonderful to work with. After speaking with Wendy Levy and hearing about the clients that had a bad experience working with Mrs. Levy I’m so glad I didn’t use them for our case I’ve seen first hard how a few clients were treated. Wendy was rude and unwilling to listen to my case or concerns. I won my case with Craig Galpern who took the time to listen to my case and get me the verdict I deserve. He is s good example of a lawyer that fought for my case when wendy who cared less to hear my daughter was living with a sex offender. She went through way to much trauma and wendy could of helped but was not concerned. My daughter is now back home safe away from her father and no longer in fear.

Everything was great in the beginning. My court date was rescheduled and for whatever reason Jacob decided not to actually follow through. I paid to have representation and I received no such thing. Wish I could give a better review but this is what happened in my experience with Jacob.

I had a wonderful experience utilizing Wendy Levy as my attorney. My case was extremely difficult and she took the time to make me feel at ease with the process. If you only want to damage the other side then Wendy may not be your first choice. Wendy takes the time to work with you for a long term solution that will work for all parties involved with your needs coming first of coarse. If a hearing is needed Wendy is great in the courtroom and will fight for you but this should be a last resort rather than a first choice. I will certainly utilize Wendy in the future in the event I need to.
