Our Lawyer Nate Cuoio helped us with the green card application process and applying for permanent residency here in the U.S. Typically the process for permanent residency takes 6-12 months. We got the green card in almost 5 months! We couldn't believe how quickly we were able to get the green card and how easy the UCIS Immigration interview went. Nate got all the documents and paperwork ready for us and made everything so much easier. We wouldn't have been able to get the green card as easily or nearly as quickly on our own. Just noticed i still had this 5 starred. Time to set the record straight i guess. Mary Shea in the beginning was very kind. She lowered her retainer for me and seemed genuinely invested in my case. My divorce was a nasty messy and i slowly fell apart trying to save my marriage. Toward the end of the divorce, i got really depressed and ended up in a mental health facility. she told me to go home and get my head straight in Wisconsin, and also told me not to worry she would take care of things and i could skype the divorce hearing. I moved back to wisconsin and recieved a phone call the day of the finap divorce hearing mary telling me it didnt go well and i lost my rights to my kids. She then proceeded to tell me over and over she never told me to go to Wisconsin and she never said we could skype or video conference the final hearing and finally she said "well you cant prove i said it and its not like im gonna get paid for this anyways" so now a year later i can only see my kids with a supervisor of my exwifes choosing. The courts seemed to focus on me calling my ex-wife names in a text more important than my ex-wife endangering my kids and my ex-wife telling me to "just do it. Kill yourself. Give me a week though so i can find a babysitter for your days with the kids." mary screwed me so hard and my kids are suffering for it. Do not by any means use mary shea for your family law needs. Merrill and merrill might have some excellent attorneys mary shea is not one of them.

Nate did a great job. Very through and saved me a ton of money. Honest yet tough. I would recommend him to anyone.

After 2 yrs of diagnosis and gathering records Merrill and Merrill calls 13 days before court hearing saying judge this women drew will probably deny her disability claim because records are not good enough and really needed personal paid doctor of her own which is in no way affordable and this attorney says he knows this. Why did they drag this on saying the attorney who was handling case got fired,quit or whatever and another attorney took up case after few months went by with almost no contact on their part. This firm is in no way a 5 star rating for disability claims. They probably need held accountable for the stress they've caused my fiancee. Should be negative stars and sure they'll try and delete this asap.

Attorney Nate Cuoio was the best we could have hoped for in a lawyer. He took our case in obtaining legal immigration status and a subsequent green card for my wife. His fees were the lowest we were able to find, and we received the green card within a couple of months.

In fact, we started the process on our own, and when we submitted all the documents and forms in January 2019, we received the green card by the end of May 2019.

Nate is young, and he was able to tailor our case nicely to our needs.

In the end, we didn't have any problems, and it was much better to have the help of a professional than struggle to do it on our own and risk more time wasted.
