Worst service I have ever had. Initial interview with Statton Laggis was very positive. Stratton sat before me and explained how he was an aggressive defense attorney and that he would stand by my side and fight for me. He did neither. He never even showed up to any of my court dates. He had his legal aid stand in for him. Not what I paid for and sure as heck not what you promised Stratton. I have called his office over 20 times for updates on my case and never received a return call. This week I receive mail from the court saying that I am past due on my court payments that are now going to be sent to collections. Thanks for nothing Stratton Laggins you are a liar and a cheat.

To start off im from Utah I don't know Idaho laws myself and so when I found my self in the Blackfoot county jail with so many felonies and a DUI I had no idea what to do or who to call I was scared. I asked my bonds man who is the best attorneys in idaho. He said kumm and Reichert. I admit I called around talked to a few people but I needed the best I was charged with being a persistent violater 5 to life in prison as well as a poss. Charge which is another felony. And a handful of misdomeaners, for turning around on the wrong spot on the freeway. Thank God I called them. Stratton laggis is my attorney and yes he is a little more than the other guy but so worth it. He is a attorney who won't pee on you leg and tell you it's raining. He gives you the facts how they are and makes sure you know what to expect at every angle. He stays in constant contact with you. He had returned every phone call and every email no matter how crazy and off the wall they were. He has treated me with the up most respect never judging me or making me feel less than. In the court room he's awesome. He got my charges all but dropped down to a simple misdomeaner. I was facing life in prison. Life. The judges words were "if convicted I'm going to impose life you understand this right" thanks to the great work of Mr laggis I now get to pay a fine and walk away from the whole mess and be free and done with it. I can't express my gratitude enough! If you have gotten into trouble and you need a lawyer you would be a fool not to contact Stratton Laggis with kumm and Reichert. I strongly recommend him.
