Never use Jeremy their newest attorney. He is horrible at contacting you back and didnt care about my side of the story and assumed guilt which is a big no no especially if you are paying for a service. After I talked to him about why he hadn't called and left me a message he proceeded to lie to me which is unacceptable. Again never use Jeremy from here!!!!!!

If they had a zero star I would put it here. I went to Justin Oleson clear back in 2015 for help with a false issue that had been spread about me in the local school district. My wife and I had a one hour appointment with mr Oleson. We were given direction on what material and evidence to get. We successfully achieved the goal and tried to get back with the law office, I called 7 times, stopped by the law office 3 times only to be ignored totally. I even waited til closing time so I could find advise, each time he snuck out so he wouldn't have to answer my questions..... finally gave up on the law office to visit back to me and received a sizable bill? I was literally billed over 300 dollars for what? NOTHING! My sweet wife paid it anyhow! This was 4 years ago! well last month I got another bill from this disgraceful office of 60.00 with an annual % rate of 12%, said it was some kind of closing letter fee? I have no idea what it was other than a very greedy law firm. My best friend once told me you could be 100% absolutely guilty and this guy would get a guy off?
Well I would never recommend this office in anything, The secretaries lie for the lawyers and they are unapproachable in times of crisis?? Now I see that Custer County hired him as a prosecuting attorney TOO...... STAY TUNE I've already heard many stories from my friends up north in Challis! I would recommend Mr Oleson as a politician? Oh by the way my case from 4 years ago that he did nothing in? Well I fought the district myself and won! I attached the bill that showed up 4 years later! the origianal date of 10/15 is on it. BEWARE

Lawyers never call you back. Reception cannot give out their email. They make arraignments for payment and once you pay them they dont honor the agreement.
