Glenn Avena is a fraudulent Attorney. If you hire his firm I promise you will regret it. He contacts people in bad situations and takes full advantage of their legal issues just to pocket the money you pay him. His profile sounds good but its a lie don't believe anything he says. I almost lost everything. I hired a different attorney and didn't get half of the time I was looking at.I could go on and on about this firm but I'm not going to waste to much time on this guy. I have never had to fire an attorney before or write a bad review. I gave this firm the opportunity of having a little integrity of giving my money back for a job he didn't do. He refused. The only reason he has one star is because it wouldn't let me post otherwise.

My experience was phenomenal , I was facing losing everything dear to me but I put my problems into Mr Avena's hands and I'm able to move on with my life with minor changes to it but it was the best thing aqiuring his services thx again I was sweating it for a but there , I gladly have Glenn for an attorney any day of the week anytime

Glenn is a very good person and very great at what he does. He is very respectful and treats you like a normal person. Glenn and his wife are good hearted people, which is hard to find these days. Glenn Avena seems like a great lawyer, but my case was handled by his associate at the time, and I would not recommend. His lack of preparation during our court settlement cost me more than a few thousand dollars. Was billed several times over what I was originated quoted at. Hopefully things have changed. This was several years ago.

My personal experience with Avena Law Office wasn't a great one.

I didn't see a fiduciary duty to work in my best interest throughout my case. Being a law abiding citizen my entire life with aspirations of a law enforcement career. I found myself on the targeted end of an overzealous ADA, looking to convict another black man in a state/county that does so well at it statistically.

One would think an attorney would work diligently to right-a-wrong by negotiating pre-trial or acquit the wrongly accused. Nope. No evidence but a slanderous statement, the best I recieved was a sketchy trial date or some sort of plea deal.

Glenn Avena nor his other partner seemed particularly compassionate when the prosecution basically reneged on a predetermined outcome at the last minute.

I do not recommend using this law firm in a criminal case.

Literally, this is the guy you want in your corner. He will do what ever it takes to make sure you're happy with the outcome. He's so knowledgeable! If I ever need a lawyer, I will always go to him first!
