I sustained a serious injury to my shoulder from a car accident that I was not at fault for and I went ahead and hired MacCloskey and his team to represent me. After a few months went by I started receiving medical bills and needed to put a lien on the medical bills until the settlement was reached. Contacted the office and was told that it was fine and a lien will be put on the bills. Well I started getting more letters that said the bills would get sent to collection, so I tried contacting MacCloskey to see exactly why I was still getting these letters if the lien was on the bills, which would put them on hold until we settled. My credit is very important to me and I just wanted a simple answer so my hard earned credit score wouldn't go down the drain for something that was supposedly getting taken care of.. Let me just tell you I have never been treated more unprofessional and rude by anybody like I was by this fake, uncaring piece of work MacCloskey. Cursed me out on the phone for asking a simple question and told me he was not going to be representing me anymore. The guy did a 180 in a matter of seconds over a billing issue because I asked his secretary to speak with him personally about this issue. To do this to someone especially when at their most vulnerable and in pain, one word heartless. Would rate 0 if possible. Oh and I went to Hupy and Abraham and they got me 3 times what this guy could of. Good luck people and I wish you the best! God bless.

Contacted the company in regards to negligence dental practice and the woman came off as careless and cut me off.

After injuries sustained by my wife and I (car accident related), we had the pleasure of working with Phil Kesler and Zach Cook to get everything settled. Phil took the time, many times, to sit down with us and discuss all of the details of every aspect of the situation. We almost always felt like we knew what was going on and that he was getting the information from us that we felt we should provide. Whenever there was any delay from the other insurance company or attorney, we would never have a problem contacting Kesler or Cook to get an update. They did virtually all of the work, and we just kept in communication with them. We never even had to go to court, which made things much less stressful.
These things take time and we knew that, going into it. It didn't take longer than we expected and we were very happy with the settlement we received after their hard work and dedication.

This was an amazing team. I called Kim after my accident in February 2015 and he came to my home the day after I got home from the hospital. Then Phil took over my case, everything was done in house including depositions. It did take almost a year to get my settlement but I was in ongoing therapy until the following year. I was always treated with respect, my calls were returned immediately and I learned I should have been carrying more insurance than the 100/300 due to the defendant not having super coverage. If anything ever happened again, I would use them. Very kind men and staff. Phil was even able to get me part of my settlement early from a loan company due to funds being tight since I lost my job from the accident and I could not return to work until this year. And my disability payments were cut. I now am disabled, but I do work part-time from home and I thank God for Kim, Phil and their staff daily. I wish I could do more than this review in return. Takes to long to get paid hired them in 2015 it 2017 now and take more than half the settlement

Called Mr. MacClosky's office to discuss a potential law suite. Back in March of this year the over head lite at my Dentists office came out of the ceiling and fell on my right knee. I will eventually have to knee replacement surgery , since I have not had the surgery yet, and this will probably involve a product liability issue and or negligence on the part of the person who installed the light. Mr. MacCloskey's receptionist asked me for this information and then said they could not help me, they don take on Product liability suites. I guess they only take on the easy stuff like auto accidents and workers compensation cases. Based on his personal history I thought that he might be a little better than that-- I guess not.

Mr. MacCloskey and staff were very friendly and understanding. Whenever I had a question I emailed him and he would respond, even out of office hours. Our case was very successful and I was very happy that I picked this law firm. He knew what he was doing and exceled at getting his job done. I highly recommend MacCloskey Kesler & Associates.
