In 2010 I returned home from my second deployment. In 2012, I was told by the VA I couldn't return to the job I was working at.
It is now 2019, and through this 7 years of needing legal representation, David and Hawks have had my back through 3 separate issues: short term disability, social security disability and a class action, wage an hour lawsuit.
They batted a 100%, winning all 3.
Overall, David and his staff are professional, responsive, veteran friendly and genuine. David's legal assistant Elizebeth Openeer is a sweetheart and probably needs a raise after knowing what I put her through. While David is a great guy and a better attorney. I am thankful that I had this team fighting on my side.
