I am wondering why, why, why, why. Local first responders impede my offenders for being properly charge. Then when one taunted me by appearing near my residence despite having bail conditions prohibiting this action she and a co-offender of hers on another case was able to lie, and that lie convince the District Attorney to not violate her on bail conditions. Well what happens when a criminal gets away with a crime. They continue to commit the same crime again, again, again, again. Yes while having a case where the charges are brought against her for attacking me, she goes and do it again. That is the local taxpayers hard earnings at work.

DO NOT WORK HERE. They will use you for the 6 month probationary period and then get rid of you at will-no cause. The paralegal manager likes spending her time hiring and firing people so she doesn’t have to do real work. It is a revolving door for paralegals. Most of the paralegals have only been worked at the office for LESS THAN 1-2 years. The paralegal manager wants an easy job for an easy retirement and she won’t let anything get in the way of that.

I am kind of disappointed in them right now. They are way overcharging me in a case. The charges are inflated, as well as the number of them. I haven't made my initial appearance yet, so hopefully they will figure it out and lighten up a bit. About 10 years ago I had the same experience and spent 3 days in jail before I saw the judge. They actually had considered the situation and offered me a plea to a lesser charge (a forfeiture instead of a misdemeanor) at the initial appearance, which I took. I still didn't think it was fair, but I just wanted to be done with it. Pretty much the same situation right now, only worse. I really don't think they can win at trial on the charges levied, so let's hope we can work something out. So I guess 3 stars for now, but that may change...

Their Deferred Prosecution Unit has rude and inefficient staff. While part of the government, they will not accept any payment in cash. Staff give the impression that they have had no special training to work in this field, and are always a depressing experience. Add to that a case manager being out on medical leave because of serious health problems - BUT NOT BEING REPLACED BY MANAGEMENT - and you've got a recipe for unpleasant difficulty.

What is up with Wisconsin police planting evidence and framing people for crimes?
What a tragedy. If that cop found that woman's car and ran her plates, how did it end up on the Avery property the following day?
