Mr. Brett Eckstein, my legal representative, is associated with the firm of Cannon & Dunphy. This was the second firm I retained to address an injury that resulted from an at-fault driver employed by a local school bus contractor. The initial legal representative was a great disappointment. Communication was almost non-existent, they constantly required additional information, the para-legal appeared hostile at times, I never spoke with a licensed attorney, and the case dragged on. Mr. Eckstein and his assistant, Ms. Thomas, were the exact opposite. They communicated openly, called with frequent updates, took complete charge of my case, and negotiated an equitable settlement. I never had to question what was happening with my case, and it was resolved quickly. I cannot compliment my legal team enough. I would recommend this legal firm, and this attorney specifically to handle any personal-injury litigation.

I hired on Al to represent me in a motor vehicle accident when another motorist ran a stop sign and hit me. I regret hiring on this firm when they never keep you up to speed on the case at hand. So far, it's been one sided where I have to be the one to call them to find out what's going on. I would not recomend this firm to anyone. Extremely unprofessional service.

Update Aug 2, 2018. The firm is trying to rectify the difficulties in the past, they have been in constant touch lately. We will see how they handle the property damage and medical Bill's. Will update at a future date on the outcome of services rendered.

Update Nov 28, 2018. Well, the case was finally closed on September 18, 2018. In my humble opinion, this case was dragged out for far to long. As the result, my credit took a HUGE hit. The financial company was saying that my payments were delinquent. Well obviously they would be delinquent, because I'm not be paying for a totaled out vehicle. The insurance should have covered that immediately and the lawyer should have dug in and took legal actions much sooner.

Attorney Ed Robinson was very thorough with my car accident injury case. While I was recovering with over 100+ doctor and physical therapy appointments, Ed was consistently advising while I was receiving treatment. I can't imagine a better attorney than Patrick Dunphy to handle an injury case. When I tripped over carelessly placed construction materials and broke my elbow I wasn't even sure I needed a lawyer. However, the possibility of long-term complications and permanent damage convinced me that I had to at least make sure I did nothing stupid. Fortunately, I was referred by a friend to Atty. Dunphy who clearly explained my rights and options and made sure that all the necessary work was done to maintain those rights. Throughout the lengthy negotiations to reach a fair settlement, he kept me informed and clearly explained the choices available to me. He and his paralegal were always responsive and thoroughly professional.

HE TOLD MY MOM AT THE BEGINNING THE INSURANCE COMPANY WAS GO CUT OUT HER A CHECK, AND A YEAR LATER WHEN SHE CALLED HIM BACK HE SAID HE DON'T REMEBER SAYING THAT. I DONT HAVE A PROMBLEM WITH THEM BEING RACIST BUT I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM LURING MY CASE ON FOR OVER A YEAR AND STILL DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME.
