Christine D'Angelo had an unprofessional, disheveled, and highly unorganized approach the entire divorce which led to adjourned hearings, sloppy incomplete documentation, extra cost and a prolonged divorce process. She often did not recall the case and had to be reminded. She was very rigid in her thinking as she saw things very black and white. Despite giving her ample documentation as to why the marital assets should not be divided equally, she fought hard to pressure me into an agreement to just that; an equal division of assets. She did not advocate on my behalf at all! She routinely used the few minutes before court to complete items that should have been done prior and talk me into an agreement that was not nearly what it should have been. I paid her a lot of money to prepare the paperwork for court rather than do any type of actual law practice. Even though she indicates when you initially hire her that she has her legal assistant doing most of the paperwork, she charges her rate and it often had errors. She took several days to get back to you and often had poor communication with the other attorney involved despite having a long-standing relationship with that attorney.

How about a zero rating? If your in need of an unethical attorney not interested in the facts you’ve come to the right place. Be sure to bring your checkbook because she loves spending your money in the process to better herself at your expense

Completely female biased gal and was a horrible outcome to for my daughter. The gal always made me out to be the one that was in the wrong. Didn't take into account any of the violent threats and anger management issues in front of our daughter that my ex does ( that has that led my daughter to live with me to regain a stress free life 3 years earlier). 2 years later we are still in the courts as my ex gets arrested for tresspassing and disorderly conduct and I have to lock my doors when she comes to my house for pick ups. The real rating is zero stars.
This review is strictly based on Christine De’Angelo. She was appointed GAL for my stepson. Throughout the process she became emotionally involved, and was unable to keep an objective opinion-Seemingly important, considering she was the voice for a child who’s path was determined by her account. I was disappointed in having this attorney as a representative for my stepson. (FYI-my review has nothing to do with the outcome of the decisions made in court. The end result of what we were fighting for, worked out. I am not bitter towards her because we lost-we didn’t, I am upset with her lack of professionalism during the whole horse and pony show.)

I now believe there is actually such a thing as a good divorce, even though it may seem an oxymoron. Attorney ReAnna Grabow had no small part in that desirable and amicable outcome. She explained matters of law in a friendly and professional way, and helped us choose the best means to reach a marital settlement that considered my best interest and that of the children, while being fair to both sides. Also, she and Paralegal Irina Cauwels were very supportive during those times when it was difficult for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The divorce went from start to finish in under 8 months, and most importantly, ended well. A year later, my ex and I are on good terms. Thanks to ReAnna Grabow for first-class legal representation.

Attorney D'Angelo and her entire team are phenomenal. She worked hard to keep the process cooperative and focused on what was best for everyone involved. She advocated professionally and effectively. I would highly recommend her and her team.

I agree with the posts about Christine. Two years later I am still upset I fell for her tactics to prolong the trial (she "lost an email from another attorney during the holidays, I was like whatever, let it go because one item in question was able to be solved on both sides, but seriously she never questioned until after the new year, how convenient) with her (or her extensive list of interns) and take whatever small amount I had to gain from 25+ years of marriage from selling my family home. 5 + times I had to sit thru her re-doing my financial statements at her hourly rate, not at an intern, because were wrong (acct information and balances wrong - I thought I would not be charged at her rate, as she has to realize some of the time should not be charged full price - but no, when I questioned why, a few balances on my card were charged, and asked for a discount or time to pay, I was coldly told "no" by her office manager - I had a month to get a new card - no discount. My final court documents as it relates to details I don't think as small, i.e. - account #s, spelling errors - are still wrong even after reviewed the final documents. Dare I ask to fix as it would cost me more, and I was done fighting everyone and everything ( the day of my trail, a certain women judge even held up proceedings for whatever else was important to her, but it still costed me money! Rude! I wish I could charge her time, like a doctor, for not working, as I am hourly, and was losing money sitting there. Certain items I asked for follow-up during the divorce never were followed-up on. About 1/2 way thru the process with her, I was not happy, but kept her as it would have cost me more time and money to hire another. Perhaps not, but I have to actually work to keep a job that pays less than her monthly car payment. She started off as understanding my placement in life, but she was too busy to really come off as concerned. My ex on the other did get a better deal. Oh well, life throws you curves, move on, but somedays....either way. Good to vent.

Attorney ReAnna Grabow and the team at D'Angelo & Grabow are Amazing! She is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, detailed oriented, and very professional. She assisted me throughout the proceedings and helped me make the right decisions. She always has time for me and has been very good at getting back to me even when she is busy. If you are in need of a phenomenal team I highly recommend.

Andrea was very instrumental in resolving a family matter. It involved out of state assets and she even brought in another firm to assist in the matter. The outcome was even more favorable than I could have anticipated,

Christine D'Angelo was appointed GAL to our family/placement evaluation less than 1 week ago. She HAS NOT reviewed our case or met us or my son. We have been involved in Waukesha family court for 10 years. She has threatened to take my son away from me without even knowing the case. She has been harassing me 5+ times a day via email and via phone. She has been inappropriately aggressive. Again, she has never even met my son, as a GAL she is to represent the child not to cause additional emotional stress to the child and family. I am shocked to see positive reviews on this website, but I guess you can put whatever you like on the internet, true or not. I would NOT recommend her as your attorney. She has only made our case more difficult. Family court is not a place for people with control issues. It is not a place to be inappropriately verbally aggressive and hurtful. We are families that are hurting and struggling, this is NO place for Christine D'Angelo. Her behavior and handling is completely unprofessional. If she is assigned to your case I would ask for an immediate change. Spare yourself the additional emotional distress that she will cause you. Very sad, very sad indeed. Be aware that this office would not even let me post this without giving her the minimum of a 1 star rating. In my opinion she does not deserve that and I would never give her a thumbs up.
