If you and your ex spouse are still on talking terms, I suggest you work it out without Tom. Get a mediator. It's cheaper, faster, not emotionally draining and you'll probably still be on talking terms with your ex.

In my experience, Attorney Thomas Marola entirely lacks both integrity and ethics, and only cared most about lining his pockets - and not at all about the welfare and well-being of his clients. He made promises to the client which were not kept and/or he did not deliver on. He billed for costly hours of work, and then produced "legal documents" which were neither proper, correct, nor complete. These "legal documents" appeared to have been printed off a crude Google image search, and the document's fields were not even completed correctly or fully by Thomas Marola and/or his staff. When presented to the receiving party, these "legal documents" were declined, as naturally they were considered legally invalid due to their lack of completion and incorrectness...and their validity was even questioned due to the document's crude image. With the client being in a delicate legal situation, Thomas Marola took full advantage of his client's vulnerable state. Rather than act with transparency and provide proper representation and legal services for which he billed the client, Thomas Marola instead chose to line his own pockets with the hard-earned dollars of the client - all while giving absolutely zero care or consideration to the vulnerability and welfare of the client. In the opinion of this individual, Thomas Marola should be disbarred from practicing law.

I have had the pleasure of legal Representation of Thomas Marola in my divorce. I will tell you that I was very scared, not knowing what was going to happen with my life, my earnings, and most of all my Daughters.
I have 2 daughters that are the most important to me and while my right to have them was attempted to be taken away for me. Tom was always there fighting for me, just like he had promised. He always made me feel important and always explained the legal meaning to me until I understood.

Firat off let me tell you I would have never expected to think any more than a professional business relationship would have formed through Tom other than what he was hired for. Which was asserting and protecting my rights as a father. Tom has been through everything with me thick and thin. When you think "Attorney" all the negative connotations storm through your head without a second thought. Until you realize Tom is like everyone else. Human. Get to know him on a personable level and you'll be surprised to know just how much he really cares.
