Small Claims Court Litigation

I hired Clay Mitchell to represent me as a plaintiff in a small claims court complaint. He was knowledgeable, well prepared and knew exactly how to present the case in court. The result was a judgement in my favor for the total amount of the claim. Due to some of the particular issues of this complaint, I believe Clay spent more time and effort than we had anticipated. His fees were very reasonable, but I was so pleased with the result that I paid him more than he requested. I definitely recommend Clay for legal advice and representation.

Beware!! Worst attorney I've had to deal with! He didn't return my calls and almost let my statue of limitations expire! I fired him! He didn't care about me as his client! I am the victim of a serious injury from a car accident and he treated me so bad that I couldn't heal!

Does not answer phone calls, emails or return calls after leaving multiple voicemails. I have been dealing this this for over a year now. I guess I have to be a criminal or seriously injured to be taken care of . Mr Clay Mitchell please do return my personal documents I have given you. This is the only way to get your attention. Just being honest and don't even deserve the star.
