My husband and I filed a 13 back in 2015, and just converted to a 7 about two months ago. Do yourself a favor and find a different attorney. Went in for a consultation and was greeted by the attorney, though never introduced himself to us. Briefly went over our numbers but kept asking us the same questions over and over as if he didn't understand us. The second we included more complex details (a business, not just personal details) the attorney just shut us down. He would not give us any advice on how we were to handle our case, simply told us to make a decision and let him know what we wanted to do (except we didn't know what our options were!) and rushed us out of there so he could go watch a basketball game. Told us that we would have to immediately shut down our company without explaining why or giving us any additional options. I was mentally prepared for this meeting, went in with questions and was never given the opportunity to ask them. Could not get over how rude this attorney was, especially when I was ready to move forward but needed assistance on how to get there. Run - far away. Find someone who will care and is not just looking for an easy file case, which is all this guy wants. If it's complex, or you want information or need advice, this is NOT the attorney for you.
