Incompetent! I had a simple real estate issue to deal with and he couldn't get it done. It was a matter of filling out a correction instrument to change a deed and he filled it out incorrectly! I spoon fed him all the information and after more than a month dealing with this guy, I finally asked for my retainer fee back. Don't waste your time!
