I am an Illinois licensed driver.
I recieved a moving citation for allegedly driving 20 mph over the speed limit in a construction zone(80 mph in a 60), I was not speeding.
Speeding on anyone's driving record will affect insurance and even more so in a construction zone.
I needed to either fight it or work something out.
It would have been hard to get a not guilty verdict vs. how easy it would have been for the state to secure a guilty one( traffic cases have less burden to prove for guilty verdict).
With that being said I needed to find an attorney who could get me a plea deal that would not affect my driving record and my insurance rates.
I first contacted Glinksi Law office for a quick consult and was told my options. Christopher explained his experience with handling these matters made him confident that he could get me the resolution I needed.
I decided to look around and contacted two other attorneys. One expressed they could not argue for such a plea because the state would not do it and the other wanted much more.
I called Christopher back and retained him.
The process was quick, fast and easy.
I felt confident I was being represented by Christopher to his fullest potential.
Christopher was able to secure a plea and get the ticket amended to a parking ticket (non moving violation , no points, no supervision etc.) which will not affect my driving record or insurance rates.
Sure i had to pay the fine but that's just how it is and the benefits of this plea outweighs the consequences by far.
I payed by phone, sent ticket via email and he contacted me as soon as court was over with status and links to make payment, you get 60 days(at least I did).
He makes the whole process easy and as a bonus you dont need to go to court or go to his office.

Christopher Glinski is one of the best attorneys I've ever encountered. He's very personable and goes out of his way for your case. I will be honest, I was being charged with a criminal case for defending myself. Chris went out of his way to assure me with whatever it was I needed to know. Which will save money in the long term with what would have been larger increases to insurance over the next 3 years. Definitely worth it and Christopher made everything very simple and easy. I first and foremost want to say how shocked I am at the level of absurdity and immediate impoliteness and insulting behavior I received at 9am on a Tuesday morning at this Law office. As the Self named owner of this LLC, Chris Glinski's tactless phone manners were so rude and uncompassionate that I do not understand how any one person could hire this man as a Family Lawyer. The fact that I was calling to ask one simple question, and that's what I said, he immediately hung up. I called back to inquire as to why anyone would just hang up the phone on a potential client is baffling. On the second call he mocked me and told me I was calling for free advice. That I was pathetic for doing so and he laughed when I argued that I actually had 1 very legitimate question.
I, as a matter of fact was calling to make sure that I was supposed to be retaining a Lawyer in Racine Co and not in the state I need my WI court order transferred to. I have an interstate Child support order that I need enforced and I wanted a Lawyer with top notch review to help assist me in this case and only at my hearing. I have all of my documents, Motions, Orders and etc... I just need to brush my Lawyer up on the details and the rest is history... By his reviews, I thought, hey this will be a great call and settle the last of my worries. So with all of that being said, I do not recommend giving money to a man who is in it for himself and not the betterment of families and the people.
In my opinion an injustice was served today by a man of law himself.

I received a traffic ticket as a result of a accident on the interstate. I shouldn't have received the ticket because I wasn't really at fault. The driver in front of me in the four car crash quickly entered my lane and slammed on her brakes, causing me to hit her car.
