I went to Longstreet Elder Law because I had been there when Bruce Gee was the lawyer at that building. So far I am very satisfied with the work Rob Longstreet is doing. If you want a cheap lawyer this is not the place to go. If you want a good Elder Law Lawyer I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better one then Longstreet Elder Law in the Hastings area.

Robert and his staff were phenomenal at allowing me to take care of my father. He protected my father's assets to allow my father to have the care he needed without sacrificing his pride or allowing various predators to siphon off funds for their personal interest. He kept us informed of our options and gently gave us his opinion and guidance as to the best ways to proceed as my dad's health and mental faculties declined. He had remarried a woman with significant mental illness late in his life with his dementia worsening. He was seeking the happiness he had known in his first marriage. As you might imagine there was a lot of turbulence. At times I thought Rob needed a referee shirt and a whistle as he skillfully lead us along the legal side of dad's care. I will never forget her family showing up to ransack my dad's house when she went into a nursing home. Rob brought order to that chaos as well. As a physician I was very comfortable with the medical care but Robert helped us so much with the legal aspects that I could then facilitate the medical care needed. By being aware of what legally was available to help with my dad's medical and living expenses, Robert made dollars go far beyond what we thought possible. Dad did not have much at all but with Robert's estate preservation ideas, coupled with a living will, dad was well taken care of.
