Their receptionist feels she's competent to handle deciding what cases they take. She listens just a tad more than the average but when it boils down to it people contacting this type of practice need patient, competent and intelligent caring staff. People call them because they are hurting, were or are suffering and lastly in need of some of Grand Rapids best and this receptionist will screw them out of cases because she does not have the care, compassion or professionalism to acknowledge deciding which cases is not the phone jockeys job.

I contacted them about an issue. They called me promptly. But then did not listen to me. The person on the phone was insensitive and hung up on me.
