Working with Sean Tobin was one of the best experiences that I had ever had with a lawyer. He was prompt in all his responses to me and very detailed and direct in his counsel. Not only did he do all that he said he would do, he truly cared about my case and situation. In court he was well prepared, on time and to the point. Making a solid case in my defense which culminated in a strong win that supported my rights as a father which were being violated. I could not have asked for a better lawyer!

Rob Carpenter is a courtroom savant! He’s won my case hands down and has always been there for me. He’s an amazing lawyer that’s also won several of my friends cases. He scored in the top 1% on the bar and it shows. I highly recommend him. Nothing gets passed him in court. I haven’t lost in any court proceedings since I hired him years ago. He’s always been honest with me as far as telling me if he can or cannot do something. Trust his judgment and let him work for you. You won’t be disappointed! Yes having a lawyer is expensive period and you get what you pay for but in the end if you want your mistakes corrected in court it’s going to cost you money and to think otherwise is foolish.

My fiance and I had Rob carpenter represent us in a custody battle. He did an amazing job. Spent the floor with them. He never made promises, or anything along those lines. He gave run downs of what could happen and how he would do his best and he definitely did. Highly recommend him.

I've watched Mr. Carpenter in court quite a few times now. He seems to give poor advice , using statements like, "they weren't following the order first!" as defense to explain his clients actions. So for a man that supposedly knows and understands the law, my jaw dropped hearing such a thing. He also has an incredibly difficult time remembering his clients names while representing them in court. I heard him address one woman with three different names in a 20 minute period. I'd say if you're looking for someone who will give you false hopes and then really nail failing to deliver, this is the snake for you. So sad that people will promise you anything just to take your money. Especially when the well being of your children are what you're fighting for.

I am the Father of Rob Carpenters client, actually 2 of my Daughters have been clients of Rob’s and am writing to say that Rob is an excellent lawyer and truly cares about his clients and there family! I highly recommend Rob Carpenter. I am sure you can tell that the reviews below are from the losing end of Rob’s talents as a lawyer! And there girlfriends... so please take the negative reviews as a compliment to Rob! Trust me everything Rob presented was 100% legit and the truth I am witness to this lowlife deadbeat dads antics. Rob requested a drug test while in court and the defendant failed, imagine that… My advice as a Father would be to not endanger your children by choosing “drugs” and “crack HO's” over your children and then you may never have to meet Rob in court!

I highly recommend this law office for anyone going through a divorce! He won’t waste your time or your money and he tells it like it is. I’m very satisfied with how my divorce was managed.

Still going threw stuff however Said he would do thing never followed through. Also said he was going to bill the other party then kept raising our bill even had the other party billed. Then dropped the ball on all of our paper work after the court hearing and then We had to start over and do all the paperwork again. Then billed us for their mistake. Not happy at all. They also never return emails. Would never go threw him again and will warn others no to.

I was referred over a year ago to Rob Carpenter. Biggest mistake I ever made. Attorney's hold your future in their hands. If you want a professional, a non game player and done in a timely matter, I'd advise against using this firm. I wish my experience to never happen to anyone else.

Rob Carpenter is a total scumbag. Submitted false evidence to the judge and is dirty and underhanded. If you want someone that has no qualms with cheating in court, he is your man. As long as you bring the truth with you to court, you will beat him everytime.

Absolutely terrible in every single way

Rob has no soul. He cheats, plays games, and was the cause of distroying my relationship w my daughter. He sure has the judges fooled. Talk to other attornies like I have, his reputation isn't good. My ex loves him since she got what she wanted, me out of the picture. Anyone who would purposely help destroy the relationship of a caring father and daughter by playing legal games does not have my respect. He won't call me or communicate and how he sleeps at night or can look in the mirror is beyond me. He's not a good person but he'll sure put on a good act. If you want someone reputable pick someone else.

Rob carpenter is not a good a family attorney. Not only did he over charge me he gave me bad advice that affected the turn out of my case. He also found an intrest in my sister asking about her sex life with her husband which i found kind of sickening. Because her husband was facing possible jail time. Wonder if his wife knows these things? If he's done this with my case im sure it's happened to others! Don't be fooled by this guy!

Ben Judd did an amazing job representing my husband in an ugly custody battle. He was prepared with a strong defense in response to the oppositions allegations. He talked us through everything and prepared us for potential outcomes, as well. We will most definitely continue to work with Mr. Judd throughout this ordeal and for future legal assistance. My girlfriend was involved with a bad divorce and costody battle, the attorneys here are amazing.. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and professional, they took the time to get to know the clients personally.. They are always reachable through any form of contact weather it be an email or a phone call or a txt message. They spent many hours talking with my girlfriend and getting to know her without charging there hourly rate while doing so. Only charging her when they are personally working on the case. An excellent company. I have referred a few people to them already and will continue to. Whoever posted the very bad review recently is obviously trying to hurt the company out of spite. Like the old joke says "What do you call a thousand lawyers chained to the bottom of the ocean?... A good start", that might be true for some attorneys but not in this case. Rob and his staff went above and beyond when it came to defending and representing out interest. Rob and his staff worked to get us a fair outcome in our case. All the paralegals and secretaries were very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Carpenter and Judd for any issues legal issues that may arise. I have been a client of theirs since they had a small office in that same street. They deliver what they promise and never promise on something they cant deliver. 5 stars for certain.

Benjamin Judd was my attorney for my Child Custody case which was more like a four year battle. He was AMAZING!! I would have to call him nothing short of a Hero in my book! As much as I know he was there for me to help me with my case he really stepped up and did what was best for my daughter. He was amazing in court and cool under pressure and he really knows his stuff. He worked so hard and went above and beyond for us and I will forever be grateful to him. A lot of people complain about the amount of money that lawyers charge but my custody battle was long and exhausting with many many motions from the opposing party and many court dates and I will have to say, he was very reasonable, and worth every penny. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and everybody!

. Ben was unprepared and blew our case for lack of experience. I never met a lawyer with so little experience as he showed in court. He allowed the defendant to interrupt him and stuttered and stammered in court. He never wrote a rebuttal against the defendants horrible lies and her response to our motion was so full of lies. Ben said the judge wouldn't be interested in a rebuttal?? He was a waste of money. 2 years of very little action on bens part but a huge bill that he never earned, I would never reccomend him to anyone!

I am not one to write reviews but in this case I have to. I strongly recommend Rob Carpenter and his team. In the past I have not had a lot of luck dealing with attorneys. Most all the attorneys I ever dealt with over promised and under delivered. That is absolutely NOT the case with Rob. He know the laws and understand the courts.
