I would not recommend Mr. Bland. It took me over a year and a half to get divorced because of him not doing his job.

I would like to thank Victor for everything he got me through my divorce and for always having my back. He is a caring person and he's very reasonable. He would check on me, since I had a abusive husband and I could always count on him. Marcie his right hand gal was always pleasant and she would always reinsure me when I had doubts. I would recommend Victor to any women or man going through a divorce. Sometimes the most expensive lawyers are the worse. My favorite attorney ever

Working with victor bland was the worst experience with an attorney I had ever had. He spoke in a condescending manner and rudely told me to stop talking when answering a question. He didnt really listen, was judgemental, and it felt as if he didn't believe me. I went to him to file for for divorce from my abusive ex husband. I felt like I had gone from one abuser to another.
He had numerous unnecessary charges that kept piling up fast. He mailed incessantly so that he could charge for every little thing that was involved in mailing, I often got two and three copies of the same thing. I would not recommend working with him.

Vic did an amazing job on my case. He listened to what I had to say and really made me feel like he cared about me. He was always available when I needed him. He cuts to the chase and makes sure you know exactly what needs to be done without anything unnecessary. During my trial, he make me feel so at ease and he was absolutely brilliant in the court room. If I am ever in the situation that I need an Attorney again, Vic will be the one I call.

Definitely there to please the courts or any community affiliates present. He totally blind sided me by telling me he was friends in the community with the foster mother that had my kids, I lost of course, additionally he didnt ask one rebuttle question of her when put on the stand. He didnt even fight for me to get a last vist with my kids. My abusers family has them now. Unqualified to fight for womens rights in respect to CPS or breaking their silence.

I was notified at 10 am by a cps investigator that I was to be in court at 1:30 for a removal hearing. I called Attorney Victor Bland whom I had no prior contact with he quickly returned my call, gave me a fair price worked with me on payment and the case went 1000x better than I anticipated. He is a very respectful, down to earth, wont bs you and extremely knowledgable attorney. I have the upmost respect for him and would recommend him to anyone.
