Time wasters

Not reviewing Legal Aid of W MI as a whole but specifically this encounter bc I have previously used this service and was more than satisfied with the service. Yesterday I called and an extremely uptight lasy answered and was very rude and would not stop talking and interrupting me. I didnt even get to explain my situation when I finally asked her to stop iinterrupting me and told her she was being extremely rude she sarcastically said “have a nice day” and hung up.... really chick? You are going to have a very difficult time working as a lawyer if you cant learn to check your attitude.

Good legal help

Went to the website which was very hard to navigate. Then found out you don't help with the things I need help with. Waste of tie trying to find the info I needed. What's the point of legal aid if it is limited to what you can help with

No help budget cuts

They're helpful

Very understaffed, and because of this they are unable to help people who are in need of their services.

I've called several times no one answered the phone and they don't allow the opportunity to leave a message so someone can call you back.
