Paul Mitchell is a prosecutor wearing a defense attorneys diguise. He’s 71 yrs old and brags about his 30 years of experience. Don’t gauge Paul from his experience but his biggest and latest cases. Paul says he treats his paid clients and court appointed clients differently instead of all the same (the vast majority of his clients are court appointed). This is a red flag but I guess his clients from investigating and learning anything about the law as it pertains to their case so that the client remains ignorant that Paul isn’t providing the best representation they deserve. Paul has lies to and encouraged his clients to plead guilty to charges they don’t fit the criteria off. When his client shows him how his crime didn’t fit the charge Paul said he already knew that but based on his strategy his client should plead guilty anyway. The charge carried a mandatory 60 months consecutive sentence. Paul is helping the prosecutor and you’d be a fool to let him represent you. He’s his basically collecting a check to push his clients through the system.
