Attorney David Middleman and his wonderful team helped my mother settle an automobile injury case in less than (12) months, it could have easily taken several long years to litigate.

My mother had such a difficult time with her memory because the injuries sustained from the accident; she struggled with unbearable pain and suffering. I called up Attorney David Middleman in whom I dearly trusted to ask for help. With no hesitation David showed up at the rehabilitation center, listened to details and took on our case. His positive attitude immediately released a sense of comfort upon his arrival. Once my mother was released from rehab, he personally came to visit with her to see how she was doing. Attorney Middleman took time to explain every facet of the case at every level, so that my parents understood.

Attorney James Heos is not the lawyer he is painted to be, more less dropped me durning the middle of a case and said my accident wasn't serious enough.
