While the service is fine and free, it is in dire need of updating! The website should be “live” with instant referrals. Your website is stuck in the dark ages.

The individual that picked up the phone was rude and gave unsolicited advice. Thought my personal matter was a joke, and provided no resources for help.

First time reaching out and I felt the experience was extremely unprofessional!! They clerk who answered the call was extremely disinterested in what was going on, he responded with a lot of uhhh and okkkays, just didn’t seem to be that in tuned with my situation was. I’m sure 99% of people in this country would love to stay home and enjoy life but the way this world is set up it ain’t gone happen. I say that to say people feel they can talk and treat people with sub par customer service because they hate their job or they’re not happy with life, whatever the situation is Treat people the way you want to be treated period, and don’t let whatever affect you that day carry over into WORK, cause your still representing a company at the end of the day and if you hate your situation just change it

I do not like that they charge $25 just to REFER you to a lawyer. In exchange, the lawyer will then provide you with a "free" 25 minute consulation. Well number 1, it is not free if I have to pay you first. Number 2, most lawyers provide a genuinely free 1 hour consultation, why pay $25/25 minutes. Sounds like a kick back to me.
