I've been using Bieber & Czechowski for a few years now. They've done quite a few things for me (Will, Trust, Real Estate, LLC creation, etc...) They are VERY easy to deal with, take time to explain everything they are doing, and always make time for me whenever I need something. I feel lucky to have someone that I can trust and rely on for help when I need it.

I just used Kim lubinski for setting up a small estate for my mom after her passing. She was very nice and easy to talk to, explained everything in detail and even had my case wrapped up the same day as my meeting got my paperwork back the next day. I will definitely be using her again and will refer her to anyone I can! Great lawyer.

I hired them to handle my aunts estate after she passed away in June 2016. After I met with the lawyer I never saw him agian. I mainly worked with his assistant during the probate process. She neglected to tell me key information that would be needed to ensure the money would end up where my family intended it to go. When it was brought up to her on multiple occasions she told me not to worry there's ways around everything. Well that turned out to not be true and during the final steps of closing out the estate she told me the money would have to be split with other parties and acted as if we never discussed anything about it. They refuse to accept accountability and delete every comment I leave on their facebook page and refuse to return my calls. They actually sent me an invoice for the multiple calls I made trying to get in touch with them after intentionally avoiding me. If your looking for help to handle someone you loves estate I would not use them. They lie, cheat, and try to manipulate the law and when they get caught up they'll blame you for everything and avoid you. I regret every going to them.

This was the worst attorney I have ever dealt with.. he did absolutely nothing he said would and milked the estate dragging it out for no reason other then self serving financially..

If you're in need of legal counsel for any reason please run the other way and get a personal referral before attempting to retain this attorney or anyone associated with them..

Kim Lubinski completely botched my landlord-tenant case. She didn't serve both tenants, she didn't file in a timely manner (took almost a month), and when I told her the tenant moved out and gave Kim the forwarding address she didn't get the tenant served at the new address.

Furthermore, I attempted to purchase a property that had previously been on a land contract. Unfortunately, the owner of that home also used this lawfirm and Bieber didn't file to remove both parties so the home couldn't be purchased.

Same problem, different lawyer. I wouldn't recommend this lawfirm ever.

Walter Bieber handles wills and power of attorney to the fullest. Using him now for guardian and conservatorship and he is the expert making sure It's easy for everyone.
