Stay far away folks. I had legitimate credit reporting errors with proof and they told me they couldn't help. Unfortunately, we will no longer be sending any clients their way.

Such a disheartening experience. I spoke with Jill today after reading great reviews about the company. Jill did not ask my name, she directly said we do not help with judgments or garnishments, stating they only helped with legitimate credit errors. She did not ask me if I possibly had errors on my credit report, she just assumed and was not willing to help. I am disappointed that employees like Jill exist because it makes it hard for the consumer to trust credit repair companies. Sad to say, this company will not be recieving my business.

I called this law firm and gave them paperwork for 2 creditors who broke the law after I asked them to review the paperwork I provided them. They asked for my paperwork for proof. I provided them with all the necessary proof for the lawsuit including the statement of the law they broke by not providing the dispute on my credit report within 30 days. I provided them return receipts with dates as well as tracking printouts from the post office. After over a month I called to check the status and someone told me they hadn't even reviewed my documents yet smh. Keep in mind that I waited over a month for them to tell me that. What a waste! I though came to the right firm for help but it turned out they didn't even have 5 min to review my documents. Terrible customer service!

I received a judgment for 15k how every I only received 1k of the judgment. I signed a agreement that stated I will be responsible for paying your attorneys at a rate of $350 per hour, our paralegals at $160 per hour, and our administrator at $110 per hour. Once I received the final bill I noticed several mistakes on the bill, 1st the administrators was charging me $140 and not the agreeable rate of $110, Attorney Gary Nitzkin excuse was that there is a new rate for the administrators and they have not updated it but they will charge me the $110.00 and give me the difference which they found and said "We owe you $142 more" so they get one star for that only. 2nd problem was some of the staff was charging me paralegal rate when they are not paralegals I also brought this to Attorney Gary Nitzkin attention and his responds was "Yes, she is a paralegal. In fact, she graduated from law school just last month." so they refused to change fee rate for that person, and he didn't want to talk further about it period. On there website and in the emails that she sent me it clearly states that she is a ''Documents Coordinator'' they had my case for 2 years and I still had to pay a paralegal rate for someone who was not a paralegal at the time that they offered me there service). 3rd They charged me for calling me and asking me questions such as "did you get the documents we sent?" "can you please send the documents back?" "I have emailed your attorney regarding your concerns!" got charged twice for that email, or emailing them asking for an update in my case, or did they receive the documents that I sent back, they even charged me to file the settlement checks. Other lawyers charge a flat % rate in cases like this. this law office are nothing but scammers. You can find the same service else where just make sure your being charged a flat % rate of the winnings and not this bull that they are trying to pull off. Do your research. I went through it so you don't have too. EVERTHING THAT I HAVE STATED CAN BE PROVEN I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS! Gary and his team will send you a charge report that says they only owe you $375.00 however they don't like there clients to walk away with less than $1k to make you feel special. My rights to be treated fairly and equal is more important to me than money, I did not accept the additional $1k because I refused to pay someone for service that they do not deserve. Also my credit report was not fixed they had one thing removed on my report and that from the person that they sued and this has cost me over $10k of settlement cash that they took when they ran up the charges on my account.

Wrong!! There was findings for a FDCPA case. One company tried to charge me twice for a debt I didn’t even owe.

Then to think a fair trade off for a settlement is have 2 out of several items removed from my credit score and the law office keep and take the $2000.00 that’s part of the settlement.

Some boys do lie to their father after all...

I first used MCCL a few years ago to help me with an unscrupulous debt collector who was harassing me for something I didn't owe. EVERYONE I ever spoke to at MCCL was very kind and understanding as well as most professional. I filled out their forms, returned them and they immediately went to work and solved the problem. I was pleasantly surprised to receive some compensation for the grief caused by the debt collector. MCCL is the best, the very top of the line in their profession. They have my gratitude and respect,
in fact, I will be calling them shortly to possibly retain their help again. If you want results, call MCCL!!

I am more than pleased with the way my cases has been handled. The paralegals are very professional and my cases were handled with the utmost care. I have 3 cases with them and one has settled with a nice payout and they are removing the debt from my report.
