Chris Trainer don't let the court or anybody disrespect his clients. Coming from the south attorneys are very political but Trainer is a good man who will Literally argue for his clients. This was the first time I ever had attorney that I knew was for me and my son.

Completed their online referral form clearly indicating it was a medical malpractice situation. Got voicemail from them the same day. Call Mr McCurdy back, he was not in. Left a message for him. About a week went by nothing from Mr. McCurdy. Then get a call back from a lady at the firm who asked for a synopsis of my situation and I clearly indicated it was a medical malpractice case. She told me someone would call me in a couple days which they did not.
Wrote my original online review of this firm and was contacted by Mr. McCurdy three times the following day offering me a gift card . Told him I would think about it. Later that same day I received a call from a law firm in Detroit who tells me that they had just been contacted by Trainor and Associates and given my name. Then told me that Trainor and Associates did not handle medical malpractice cases. Even though Trainor and Associates advertises medical malpractice cases on their website and on other sites. Never did anyone from Trainor and Associates tell me that they did not handle medical malpractice cases which would have been very simple I would think. Seems to be very unprofessional and very disorganized outfit. I would never do business with them. Make your own conclusions!

I have just read Mr. Trainor's response and It deserves a reply. Some of his information is incorrect! Mr Mcurdy offered to talk to me about my case but gave no other details.
Mr Mccurdy NEVER said anything about your firm not taking my case nor did he say anything about referring me to another firm. I was told this information by the Rosen firm when they left me a VM. Mr McCurdy did however, tell that methat he had been asked to resign which I found odd that he would contact me after he had been asked to resign. I have been led to believe that being asked to resign means that a person is fired! He also stated twice that his job was on the line.
Once again, my entire experience with the Trainor and Associates has been bizarre to say the least!

i would not trust this law firm. they appear to not abide by proper ethics with their clients or potential clients. Christopher Trainor made me feel hurt on phone as a victim calling seeking help. he like thousands of run of the mill; garden variety personal injury lawyers in the country have had few successes with very straight-forward cases involving very patent injury. The best law firms are very respectful, ethical and understand the law and the process so well they are not intimidated by harder fact pattern cases.

When I was hit by a stolen car and reached out to other firms. Christopher Trainor and Associates was the only ones who contacted me immediately. The communications from my attorney was amazing. He made me feel like family and that is why I will ALWAYS recommend this law firm. They actually care about u, not just winning the case.

This firm handled a wrongful termination case for me and secured a settlement. Amy Derouin was great to work with and the only sad part is now it's over and I won't get to see her again. Her assistant Lauren is tireless and on top of stuff. No need to call them 10 times a week, rest assured they are on top of things. I was always contacted whenever I needed to know anything. Chris Trainor called me on a Sunday to discuss the case in the beginning. Who does that? Anybody else would have left me sit till normal business hours. Its shows a how much they care.

Everyone who's giving a less than poor review is only telling the truth, and trying to warn you. I went through the same thing!! They are very underhanded!!! Shocking that a firm in modern times is allowed to get away with what they do. On each and every corner they were pulling some kind of slime ball trick, I feel bad for the people who work there, it's Trainors fault. Before I received my compensation, He wanted to force me to give a 5 star review, because he knew I was going to hammer him, he broke apart me pay out into 3 or more pieces, making the attorney who represented me pay a percentage for some underhanded reason, Trainor came up with, By the time it was finished I was paid in a small amount of cash, a small check, then the remainder.
The firm needs to be investgated from what I seen they will find a wild road of tales to get where they are today.

Worst attorneys I have ever heard of. I would never recommend them to anyone. I only gave 1 star because I had to.

I cancel that one star. It is there by force. No one involved with my case had a decent experience working with these people. From a car insurance claim, to my SSI disability, they did nothing. From my doctors to the judge, every experience was offensive and unprofessional. This firm is a joke in the legal arena. At least, that's what the other attorneys and judges said. My attorney didn't show up for a finalizing court date! Another time he forgot the paperwork the judge requested. I was nearly overcharged by more than $600 of hidden fees them; but my judge knew they had that reputation and forced an itemized list of expenses. My representatives did not assist me at any point in the process. It was a nightmare. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this law firm for any case.

I waited 4 yrs due to the lazy attorney I HAD with a national disability co. and she did nothing! I found Mr Trainors and his Assoc's and they worked hard for me and WON!! I can not thank them enough for all they did for me. If anyone needs a great Attorney for anything, I'll always refer them to Mr Trainor and his great Assoc's! THANK YOU again!!

This is an outstanding law firm. Christopher Trainor & Associates get it done. This law firm is terrific. They know how to work with clients and build a solid case. They know the law and they know which legal buttons to press and when to press them.

These are not trial attorney's! They are incompetent at best and cannot finish a case! My wife had a slip and fall with Meijer Inc. where she needed surgery on her spine with metal involved with the fix. They could not even negotiate enough for her to afford a 10 year old used car, let alone afford a lifetime of medical care! BE CAREFUL!!! BEWARE!!!
