Very friendly and responsive staff. My stop sign violation was moved to none moving violation (Impeding traffic) without any interference from me. I received real time updates throughout the process to my email and I paid slightly less than the other attorneys I contacted in the area.

If I had to give Elimitix a grade, it would be an A++++. Steve, the owner, definitely knows what he is doing and does everything possible for his clients! My son has had 3 big cases with three different cities and Steve has done miracles. The process was very convenient and simple. My 90 mph in a 70 mph ticket was lowered to a no point violation. The only thing I would change is when I received the court summons. I was not contacted by elimitix so I did not know if they received the summons. An email would have been nice but contacting them wasn't that big of a deal. It would be five stars if it wasn't for that issue.

Had a speeding ticket that would have given me points plus a 170 ticket. I have a history of speeding tickets so i didnt want the points. Decided to try them out. They charge by the court area. $130 to them later they took care of the court case and got it down to no points and a lower priced ticket. Good amount of contact and were very clear with how to do it via their site. Their site is slow with updates via email but if you check for the court date via calling the court at least a half a week after setting it up with them they will be able to tell you the date. Expect to pay something on the day of the case and your good. They will call you after to tell you the amount so check your voicemail or phone.

The service was seamless w no trouble. Friendly & courteous communication. Got results as I had hoped, reducing highway speeding 16 mph over to 1-5 over/impeding traffic 0 points!
Would have given them 5 * w only dissatisfaction when I was called and given the outcome and told to pay fine as soon as possible. I was not told it had to be that same day! Typically you're given a grace period to pay fines, and if I was told by Elimitix agent I had to do it immediately, I would have stopped and immediately processed. I was charged $175 rather than the $130 for "late" payment that was made 4 days after!
It would have been even better if agent had processed the payment with me on the line, and provided the FULL service.
Otherwise, happy overall with the ease in which Elimitix handled the legal representation, and the results obtained.

I would like to say they did get the ticket taken care of for me and I did not have to go to court. The problem I had was communication. After I paid the money I received a court date email. The day of court I did not hear anything sobinbegan to call elimitix. I ended up calling 5 times. There was never anyone to talk to. Always got the answering service. Left 5 messages and no return call. This was over 5 days. I sent emails without a response. I was thinking they forgot about me and that I would have a warrant for my arrest and no license because I missed court. I was going to call it he court but I figured I would try the chat section on their site. FINALLY I got ahold of someone and the postponed my date. What a relief. On the day of court I finally RECIEVED a voice mail that said it was taken care of but there was a fine. I paid the fine. A week later I got a letter from the court. They had given me the wrong amount for the ticket and I still owed more. Ordeal is finally over. Ticket is taken care of. They did what they said. The only reason I hired them was so I didn't have to take the day off work otherwise I would have went to court myself. Very happy it's over. They really need to work on their communication. They did not even update the ticket status on their web site. If I would have RECIEVED a text of email during the ordeal I would have given a 5. Should have given a lower rating because of the heart attack they gave me by not responding but that would not be fair. Great service if they would just communicate better.

So far I’ve not been able to get in contact with anybody. I am supposed to be in court to clear a warrant but I hired these guys because I don’t want to throw myself to the wolves and here I am still feel like I’m alone on my case. There has been no consultation at all and I feel like I am getting the run around. I think I am going somewhere else because it is my first and only offense and idk how I’d explain to my kids that I went away knowing it can be avoided. I thought I’d face my dui solo as I am a decent human being so me hoping the judge or anybody had a heart my hopes got shot the hell down. Will update if I’m ever contacted. Paid 300 so far and glad I didn’t pay the full 700 yet. That’s too much to be getting ripped off and 300 is taking food from my table. Life goes on and I will still hold my head high.

Update I jumped the gun and revise my original statement the Attorney was awesome because Southfield forces that rule in the court. In the end i had to pay about 2x the cost of the original ticket (half to him half in court fees) but it was reduced to impeding traffic without any points. How can i complain about that though? Listen to me... this guy is seriously the best traffic attorney hands down in michigan and hands down the best price you will get for it. i have used him twice all ready.

his website, you go to it and upload your ticket, that's all you do and you pay online. he basically calls you when he sets everything up. he goes to court for you, you don't do anything at all.
