William Maze was amazing. He handled my Retail Fraud(Third degree) case seriously and got it off my record once I complete six months of non-reporting probation and ONLY one day of Work Program. I've had a few cases dismissed when I was younger so I was worried that I wouldn't get so lucky. But Maze made sure the prosecutor knows that I am a good person and this was an isolated incident. I can't thank him enough.
Each case is different and will have different outcomes but he did EXACTLY what he said he would do.
If you need legal advice or a highly educated attprney, Maze Legal is the way to go!!!
Thank you for getting the job done.
I've read all the reviews about nearly every defense attorney that advertises online, rather extensively if I'm being honest. I consider myself to be a "smart consumer" and ensure every penny that I've earned with my time is put to good use. This entails utilizing a very comprehensive research process that I've compiled throughout the years (Marketing major). As marketers become increasingly sophisticated, so must the consumer or they end up wasting the most precious resource known to man; time. In order to minimize my opportunity cost and maximize my resources I employ the same process when making any financial decision. For example, it took nine months for me to locate, test drive and purchase my current vehicle. I drove every car on the market before deciding. When I put money into something, you better believe that all my T's are crossed and I's are dotted; I do my homework.
That being said:
William is an amazing attorney. My case is still pending but this gentleman is a fighter and he'll fight for you. William secured the release of my vehicle after it was illegally seized after being jailed for suspected OWI despite registering a 0.00 BAC and performing all field sobriety tests - mind you, I was sober. I gain nothing by bs'ing here. Stone. Cold. Sober. Period. As a grown man in his 30's, a case can be made that a reasonable expectation of an adult contributing to society is being able to recite ones ABCs. Now if the officer asked me to recite them backwards I would've just said "take me to jail." because nobody can do that sober (if you can, good for you and leave the rest of the saving of the world to us normal humans). I'm incredibly confident I performed this test accurately as my memory of the event is crystal clear. According to the officer I failed ALL tests... including my ABC's... a 30+ year old that cannot recite the alphabet?? I think not. But of course everyone knows field sobriety tests are 100% accurate and not subject to the interpretations and personal agenda of an infallible human wanting to advance in ones chosen field...last time I checked they were designed for you to fail or to be used as the foundation for the police to do what they want despite lacking any probable cause.
$900 saved right there. William has also helped to ease my fears and concerns over this matter and I'm fully confident in his ability vindicate myself.
