I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY!! I went to the Walk-in-Law firm because I was in a pinch as I needed documents notarized. I was happy to find a lawyer who could see me the same day. Had a bit of a wait but that was expected and not long because of it being a walk-in clinic but I got what I needed for a reasonable price!! I will definitely use his services again.

Worst experiance ever for just to get notary done on a paper. I will strongly not recomend this place. They have board outside for walk ins welcome, so I went there in the morning around 11 AM to ask detail about what is there process to do notary and how long it will take and the lady on reception mentioned that they have hardly any appointments for the day and I can come anytime with my documents and also she mentioned that I Do NOT NEED AN Appointment so around 2:45 i went back to there office again with my papers and seat there till 4:10 still they did not even call me in to the office to notarise the document. I was waiting for more than hour and half and they kept calling people who had appointments who came after me. Also every time when i asked how long it will take they said 10 mins and they kept blaming other customers are taking more time. There were 4 other people waiting like this along with me. Finally i left firm as i had another appointment followed by.
I will never ever suggest this place to anybody.

Mr. Maggio is by far the best lawyer. I have used many lawyers in the past and he stands out as premier. Mr. Maggio and his staff bend over backwards to help everyone that walks into his office. Always busy, great service

Had an appointment for 11:45am and still had to wait 1 hour but He was very professional and made things right in the end.

Receptionist wasn't too friendly.

I went there for my house closing. The staff was very polite and courteous. Mr. Maggio was very nice as well. But I had issues with numbers not tallying up. And had to make several trips to fix. It's busy over there and they have a good business model. Best prices in Windsor for the services offered. I still have to go there and finalize the deal to understand if if everything was fine. Will update the rating after everything is settled.

I went to see Mr. Maggio for my separation and divorce as recommended by a friend. He was very straightforward with me and he asked what I wanted from this divorce and helped me get it. He listened my needs, was very nice to deal with and he did not over charge for his services. I appreciated this during this rough transition in my life.

This office is friendly, efficient, and kind. From the very first visit I felt like I was with family. All of my forms were handled with care, advice was perfect and easy to understand. Any problems that may have arisen were dealt with professionally and speedily.

Showed up Monday aftn for a walk-in talk. Found out he is never there Mon aftn's. Went today (Sat) to see if I could see him. Nope - the place was closed. Finding someone else who follows their posted hrs.

Wife and I bought a home and needed a lawyer. After a few people mentioned his firm we decided to try him.. We called him for quote and was told he would call back . He called back but we missed each other. We called back to get his machine. This time no call back so on 3rd day of trying to reach each other wife and I decided to go to the office since it is a walk in firm also. So we walk in and waited 5 minutes because lady was out front smoking a cigarette and flicked it on the road for all to walk on and deal with. I asked her we’re here for a mortgage quote and told her my closing date is within a week or so and we’re still I’ll looking for lawyer. She stated he would call us back with quote. I informed her we been trying this for 3 days now and since this is a walk in law firm I could get a quote now and decide... she then told me he is very busy and would call us.. Well after 4 days of playing tag we decided to go else where.. IF YOU CANT KEEP YOUR MOTO MR LAYWER THEN YOU SHOULDNT ADVERTISE IT AS A WALK IN because it’s not..

Mr Maggio is the real deal! Three lawyers before him were not able to move my case and he took care of it. First dealt with Maggio on my first home 19 years ago . $175k home . Since then we bought / sold 4 more homes through him. Last Home was a million dollar home at 7 Lakes . Never had an issue . He has a good system in place . After you turn in your initial papers ,they set an appointment , we get a call day or two before appointment with amount owing for final check . Very seamless and simple . Maggio is also cheap compared to other lawyers . The only negative is the place is crazy busy . It’s like a packed restaurant at all times . I guess word of mouth helps along with repeat clients.

We went in so my girlfriend could get a divorce. He explained the process to us so we gave him our money and started our separation process. It's been almost a year and he still hasn't sent out the separation forms. Stay away he's a crook that takes your money and doesn't answer his phone anymore.

He's a RIP off lawyer. You go in his office and he acts like he doesnt care why your there.

My husband and I made an appointment and called the day of to see if we could come in early because we actually were in the plaza already. We were there at 2:55 and our appointment was 3:45. When we called we were told there were 2 people ahead of us. And then we proceeded to wait an hour and a half before just walking out. More than 2 people were seen in the time we waited. After the last walk in that was taken back before us, we decided to go elsewhere. I understand that it's a walk in law firm, but after hearing the receptionist repeatedly tell others that appointments are priority and then watch every one else be seen, we couldn't sit around anymore. We waited weeks for that appointment for nothing.

I like the idea of it being a walk in, no apt needed and it was close and easy to find. I was willing to pay more for that convenience but when we got there the receptionist was very rude. Walked out and went somewhere else.

Make sure you call and find out what hours the lawyer is actually there for you to talk to as the hours are different every day. Nice and polite receptionist.

I Highly Recommend the Legal Services of Saverpierre Maggio of the Walk In Law Firm. He gave me great advice on a commercial real estate investment based on his years of experience owning investment properties. He made a point that for an investment to be wise the balance between the cost of maintaining the property and any long term profit should be added into the long term strategy of the investment. In other words if you can't maintain the property at a certain standard for your tenants then it's not worth the investment or the headaches that result from complaints to the owner about problems with the condition of the property. Well they really messed up my father's will and left my mother in a vulnerable position to the point where if my other family members wamtes to, they could have taken her house. Then I tried to get some paperwork simply commissioned and they messed that up aswell.
