My research led me to Zelmanski, Danner & Fioritto. I dealt with Tracy Danner-Bond and Mark Davis. They were exceptional. Timely in their response, patient with my questions. Mark got a response and solution to my issues with our condo management company within 15 minutes of them receiving his letter on my behalf.
Tracy handled my trust and will updates and revisions with great patience and professionalism. She “ROCKS”. Explained the changes to the laws in terminology that was understandable to my non legal mind. She even went out of her way to notarize a document for me that was not related to my will trust.
Attorney, Richard L. Wagner, an experienced civil litigator worked with us in counseling and advising that encouraged feeling of comfortability and assuring. There was no doubt that his ultimate goal in all matters of the lawsuit was to protect our interest. Richard was able to explain the litigation process, which provided knowledge and information that led to making critical decisions.
Following that dreadful and frightful morning of September 1, 2016 on or about 7:20 A.M. when an officer of law, ring our doorbell and served my wife and me Summons and Complaint papers, we now had someone to fight our battle. That person was Richard L. Wagner, Jr., Attorney at Law.
Finally, we share a belief that Richard is a man who exhibits and manifests those qualities, which places him in a position of authority, knowledge and information. His foundation in these areas was developed and put in place years ago. For this reason and many more, my wife and I can rest assure that we received the best representation possible.
The attorneys are solid, insightful counselors who have been helping our association through difficult property issues, particularly potential development in violation of our restriction agreement. They provide valuable research and recommendations on a wide range of issues. Early on, they reviewed thoroughly our association's governance documents and provided excellent input into updating our articles of incorporation and by-laws.
They are very accessible, accommodating and affordable, reasonable in their fees and efficient in the time they spend on our myriad requests. Not only are they very professional in their work with us, but we have come to regard them as important friends of our board and the neighborhood. Our volunteer directors are grateful to have these professionals on our team.
They understand that Co-owners are customers too, and try to use a reasonable approach and mitigate differences between Co-Owners whilst protecting the overall interests of the Association and all of its members. If the Board is off base, and sometimes Boards are, they educate and explain. Fees are market competitive, they don't gouge.
We had a broken community once upon a time, went through a recall and had a lot of challenges ahead of us. We hired this firm some 15 years ago after the damage was done, which the prior firm contributed to. It's been all uphill ever since.
