We had major problems with our 2018 suv cargo door. The door would intermittently open or close on its own. The dealer’s service team could not figure out the issue with the vehicle. We had the vehicle in for service over 4 separate times spanning over 30 days. The manufacturer service center didn’t seem to be on our side. So we called Ron because we needed some sort of advocate. We felt like the dealer and the manufacturer were hiding something and trying to get out of replacing the vehicle. We also felt overwhelmed and not informed.
