Do NOT trust this law office. They play “Macomb County” games with other lawyers and don’t care about the clients or needs. The only time Simasko was attentive during my divorce is when he received the retainer fee. Very lazy, uninvolved, and stumbled in court like he never opened the case file.

I “was” a client! It was under my married name...

My experience with them has been unexceptional. In our first meeting the lawyer showed up an hour late.

Phone messages to our lawyer are returned via the paralegal who on a positive note has been very helpful. Perhaps this is standard protocol however, it would be nice to talk to the lawyer we hired.

An exceptional law firm that delivered everything they promised. We met with James Simasko and his firm 6 years ago for estate planning for our Uncle who then needed assisted living. The Simasko staff set him up with will, trust and even helped him obtain a Veteran's pensipn benefit which we hadn't been aware of. This benefit has been the main reason our Uncle was able to meet the added costs pf assisted living, bringing him over $100,000 over this period. We are now settling our Uncle's estate and are happy to find each element of the estate is able to be rrsolved exactly as the Simasko firm had indicated with no fuss, no probate and no added expense. These folks are good.
